This was the worst VRBO experience I've ever had. Getting verified was a nightmare...sent pictures of card, license, me, my signature and still had to physically go to office to be verified. Upon getting to the room, no coffee cups or supplies, no regular drink cups, no tissue, only one chair on balcony. The refrigerator door won't close so ice built up in freezer so much that it couldn't be used. The air conditioner won't turn off so we literally froze the entire time. No extra blankets to offset this either. A thick coat of dust on everything too. I was unable to get any help with anything that was wrong.

Julie was outstanding with providing necessary information and responding very quickly to any questions. The room was ok. The refrigerator was filled with water on the bottom and had leaked onto the carpet at the end of both beds. It was so wet it never dried. With there being so many floors and so few elevators waiting to get on to get luggage to our room was very long. Parking was easy to use. Ocean view from the room was great!

The room was clean and as described. The parking was efficient. Our host, Julie was very responsive to most of our questions and requests. The only real issue we had during our stay was not having control of the air conditioning thermostat in the room. We were in the B unit and our stay was four nights. The first two nights were comfortable as far as the room temperature, but the adjoining room had occupants on the last two nights and the heat was breathtaking as they set the thermostat to 80 degrees on heat. There was no way to contact anyone or to change the temperature ourselves. My recommendation on that would be to install locking covers over both thermostats set to the same temperature for comfort in both rooms. That part of our stay was miserable as we had a hard time sleeping because it was so hot.

Hotel was good location walk to the beach room was good one bed in 305b needs replaced big sag in the middle. Other than that everything was good would stay again. Close to the board walk.

The location is perfection and access to pool/hot tub/beach were ideal for us! The room itself was dated and the curtains and carpet were filthy. Glad I brought house slippers ... And the beds/pillows were so uncomfortable.

Great Bang for your buck

Stayed here for a few nights during Bike week 2024. It was just myself and a friend, it was the perfect spot to rest your head after a long day of riding. Perfect size for a small family or 2 couples. The view was also amazing. The host was super friendly and easy to deal with. Would def stay here again.

Great little place with fabulous veiw!

The rental was just as described, with a great view and just about anything you need within walking distance! From Friday to Monday we never had to get in the car once! Host was very helpful and prompt with all questions! Thank you

Belated Birthday Getaway

The oceanfront 🌊 room view was amazing. The room was Immaculately / Super clean. The bed was very comfortable. I give this room two 👍 👍 thumbs up & five stars ⭐️. I enjoyed my stay & I will return. I only have one regret my stay was to short. I highly recommend this room.
