Check out the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, then come back and enjoy the two-story house and newly renovated heated saltwater pool with spa! There are 5 bedrooms, one set up as an office with a daybed, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen stocked with all the essentials, 5 smart TVs, a shuffleboard, a pack 'n play and a high chair. Don't forget the backyard retreat with a heated pool, spa, BBQ, firepit and cornhole! Less than 10 minute drive away from Phoenix Sky Harbor International airport and close to many restaurants and shopping. Perfect for families and friends!

Please note that there is a video/audio security camera recording the front entrance of the property. There is also a non-recording noise monitoring device installed on the property.

No smoking and no pets allowed!

No large parties! Small gatherings allowed only upon host pre-approval. (Must agree to additional rules and may incur additional fees.) Please inform host if you plan to have any daytime visitors. Quiet hours from 10pm-7am.

The pool, aside from during the summer, is always heated to 80 degrees at no extra charge. Do not touch the pool equipment. Do not use the pool and spa during quiet hours from 10pm-7am. Message the host when you'd like the spa heated to100 degrees. Spa mode auto shuts off after 2 hours. Allow up to 30 minutes to heat. Alternatively, the spa can be scheduled ahead of time. Let the host know when you'd like it scheduled on and off. Please note pool maintenance lets themselves in through the side gate for maintenance every Monday and Thursday morning. Pool has a Baja shelf and a max depth of around 5 feet. No diving. Swim at your own risk. Please note the fire feature for the pool is non-operational.

Pool toys and cornhole are stored in the shed in the backyard. Please return after use. Be aware, there are various tiles and other materials stored in the shed. Please use caution when retrieving or returning pool toys or cornhole. Children are not allowed in the shed. Please watch children and keep the shed closed.

Please note: Per manufacturer, the top bunk weight capacity is 200 lb and the bottom bunk weight capacity is 350 lb. There is a queen size tri-fold memory foam floor mattress stored in the bunk bedroom closet for use in the living room.

Landscaping maintenance lets themselves in the side gate for maintenance every other Friday.
