We had a fantastic stay. The condo was as described, and the check-in process was easy. The management team was incredibly responsive. The mattresses on the twin beds are appropriate for children, but not adults. All other mattresses are fantastic. Also, the condo had everything we needed for cooking when we wanted to eat in.

Make sure to register your vehicle online through the mail link that they send you. Once you do that, you have to find the security guard to show him before he gives you a parking tag, it was a little confusing to us at first.

Great Vacation spot

Few days with family on the beach. great spot with enough room for larger group. Would definitely recommend this place or go back in the future.

Great location and space

We had a great time and really enjoyed the set up of the condo and location. Bed set up perfect for multiple families. Great beach access! Something to do for all ages!

Great Condo

Comfortable with the right amount of space for 10 people. The view was amazing with the beach just a elevator ride away. The host did everything as expected and answered all of our questions as first time Vrbo users. We loved our stay and would do it again.

Biltmore beach

Everything was good. I loved how comfortable the bed was. The bedroom, in which I slept in, was the one to the right if you were to walk into the condo. I love how big the back patio was. Of course I stepped out often to catch the waves and the sunsets. The pool was very big. I loved that too. The elevator was fast, I love that! The condo came with a blow dryer so I didn’t have to bring mine. I like the open kitchen. It even came with some board games! Overall, this place was a great stay! I enjoyed my time there.

I will start by saying yes the location and beach and ocean view was amazing. We come to PCB every summer and fall break. We have stayed a multiple condos. This particular condo was not worth what we paid for the week. The first thing was it was not clean. I immediately grabbed the broom to start sweeping and that didn’t work because the dust pan was cracked and broke. Sand on the counters so had to clean them. Then there were no mattress protectors on the king size bed. That to me is gross. The sheets came off the beds everytime we moved in the bed. Unit was nothing like the pictures. One of the bed post was broken off, a toilet in one of the masters was unstable almost making my dad (70 yrs old) fall off of it. One of the curtain brackets fell as my mother was walking out of the bathroom in their room. Called and they did send maintenance right over to fix it. I told the maintenance guy about the dust pan and he took it and said he would have them replace it but no one ever brought us one back. We also had the option of checking in early which was nice, but then had to pay 50 to get in early on top of what we already paid. We also had to pay for two parking spots because the spot that came with the unit we couldn’t fit our vehicle in the spot because the person parked beside our spot couldn’t park. This has nothing to do with Watercrest only this unit.

Needed to be cleaned it was DIRTY!

The views where amazing however the whole unit was dirty. Sand all over the floors, kitchen not clean went to get a mixing bowl and it had left over dried pancake batter all in it. The place needs a deep cleaning for sure. I did contact management and she did refund my cleaning fee so that was nice of her to do.
