Enjoy a relaxing stay at our home two blocks from lake Charlevoix boat launch. Bring your boat! We have room for your boat and trailer. This property is a duplex. You will be renting the front unit. We are right across the street from a nature preserve. You have a private deck outside the front door to enjoy your morning coffee. If it's a little chilly there is a propane fire pit to keep you warm.
We have central air and Wi-Fi along with on demand hot water.

Clean and Comfortable

We had a great stay in Boyne City at this property. Access was a breeze and the host was friendly and responsive. House is quaint and newly remodeled. It had all the amenities we needed for our winger ski trip to Boyne Mt!

Great stay for a ski trip!

Cozy, fresh, stylish and remodeled - very comfortable beds, linens and fully equipped kitchen. Host was generous and very great /easy to communicate with - place was so cute I took a few pictures to emulate a few designs in my own home! Don't hesitate - highly recommend!

Perfect hospitality

We had a lovely stay. There are many thoughtful touches including a welcome basket and information about local events. TVs loaded with apps are available in all bedrooms and the living room.

New Year Ski weekend

This home was wonderful for our family of 4. Everything was clean and comfortable. It is just as beautiful as the pictures show. Great restaurants just 5 minutes away and the ski resort was about 10 minutes.

Beautiful Boyne Home

This beautiful home is exactly as the pictures show, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, something you don’t always get at a rental. We enjoyed sitting on the deck by the fire pit. I can’t say enough about the wonderful accommodations, Kathy’s attention to details made for a great stay!!

Perfect for small group

Cute little house, very clean. Only one of the rooms is large enough to fit a toddler travel bed/crib but we made it work. Quick 1-2 minute drive to downtown restaurants and shops.

Wonderful experience!

We’ve stayed at a number of places in Boyne. This one was definitely a favorite. Kathy was a wonderful host. The location is great--a quiet street across from a wooded area, close to downtown Boyne. Everything was clean and new. We don't spend a lot of time in the house when we are vacationing, but it was very comfortable for the 3 children and 3 adults. We had a great time.

Beautiful VRBO

This VRBO is exceptional, just like the previous reviews stated. It looks just like the photos and is extremely clean and beautifully updated. Kathy is a great hostess and continued to check in and let us know about weather conditions and events happening in the area. From the welcome basket left for us full of goodies, to the makeup and hair towels, this VRBO has everything you need and more. We will defiantly stay here again.

Ski vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. It was updated, clean, and cozy. The communication with the owner was amazing and she was happy to offer suggestions for activities, restaurants, etc in the area. Would definitely stay here again!!

Property was perfect for my sister and I. Everything was clean and very well stocked. Property was remodeled and very modern with excellent special touches. Location was great and just a minute from the lake. Stores and restaurants nearby also. It’s definitely a great pick. Do not hesitate.

House on Line

Kathy was great to work with; flexible, helpful, and a really good communicator. The house was in great shape, very well laid out and had everything we needed. Worked out great for my wife and I and we could have easily had 2 others stay there as well.
