We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week exploring the Boyne area. The house had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the game room (the adults did too). The beds were so comfortable and a pillow selection to suite all. The host was so nice and communication was on point. We had no issues but I am confident that he would have addressed them promptly if we had. Clean and comfy cabin!

Wonder place for vacation

Check in was simple. Clint was very helpful answering a few questions we had and the house was as advertised. Beautiful view off the deck. The community pool was perfect for a pool day with the kids. Great location close to Petosky, and hour from Mackinaw, while being a quiet area away from the busier towns when you want to relax.

Overall great experience for a golf trip. Less than 30 minutes away from grocery store and any golf course in the area. Views from this cabin are 12/10. Easy 2min drive to the community pool. Clint, our host, was very responsive and respectful. He provided alternative things during hard downpour rain and knew the area very well. Would definitely recommend a trip here and we will be coming back in the future!

Great weekend with family!

The location was fantastic - near several cute towns, and quiet enough so that you truly felt that you were up north. We especially appreciated the extra touches- s’mores materials, popcorn and sodas, games, baby gates, two pack and plays, which meant we didn’t have to pack our entire house to feel prepared.

This VRBO was the absolute best! The hostess thought of everything. From a crock pot, board games, a hot tub that actually works, and an old arcade game that had so many older games on it.The hostess was attentive and caring.Thank you Clint for a great vacation spot! We were looking for a getaway weekend for our Anniversary close to Petosky, wineries, and scenery, and this was it. Everything you would need is available - for couples or families. Clint was always available and ready to answer any question.

Amazing cabin with all amenities

Everything about our stay at this cabin was wonderful. It is well-maintained, clean, and stocked with all equipment and ingredients for cooking. The hot tub was great and the party lights made for a beautiful atmosphere. The lower level has a ton of fun things for evening activities — board games, ping pong, retro arcade games, and foosball. Clint was super helpful, nice, and responsive. Overall, a great place to stay and a great host.

Family Get Away

This Getaway Cabin was perfect for our weekend getaway! It was beautiful inside (decorated for Christmas) and out (with a spectacular mtn view.) Our family had a campfire, played board games, ping pong, fusball, and the kids (and adults) loved the old arcade games. The house was furnished with every thing we needed and was comfortable. We also went exploring in Petosky and Boyne. We would stay here again for sure.

Clint was great! Best stay so far. I loved the house everything was perfect exactly like the pictures. All the games were amazing everything worked great there were no technical issues whatsoever. We were astonished by our stay; it was more than expected. We are frequent travelers and have had the privilege of staying at luxury resorts and cabins, and this is one place we would definitely recommend for a getaway from home with family and friends or even quiet time away. On a rating from 1 to 10, we give it a 10, starting with the host's hospitality to the departure. We only needed to bring our provisions; everything else was provided for. In addition, shopping, restaurants, and scenic views are within 17 miles. You cannot ask for much more when you want the comfort of a home away from home.

Exceeded expectations

The property is wonderful, clean, spacious and has great views. We enjoyed the game room for family fun and ping pong. We had four adults, a 3 year old and an infant. Plenty of space for us all. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need, allowing for less packing. The host is extremely responsive and helpful with area happenings and my oddball questions 😁. You will not be disappointed renting this house/home. It was very comfortable and spacious. We will be back again!

Great Spring Getaway

We were able to enjoy a week at this property and had an amazing time in the area and in the home. The house was perfectly described and had all the amenities that were needed. The hot tub was a must of my wife's list, and it did not disappoint. The weather was not very cooperative for spring sun but the hot tub in a light snowfall was nice. The kitchen was beyond well stocked, BBQ excellent, the game room was a great touch even for us adults. Internet was great for those that need it on a vacation or even to work away from the office. The beds were comfortable, the place was super clean, and property well kept. We were able to have a nice fire outside and cook some hot dogs for lunch. I'd defiantly recommend it to any of our friends and might even return one fall or summer in the near future. Thanks for your hospitality, prompt messages and providing information to enhance our stay in the area. A++ any beyond, don't pass by this property.

I am originally from northwest GA, but resided in northern MI for almost 9 years before moving to Nashville, TN. I enjoy playing golf, boat rides, swimming, songwriting, playing with our 6 year old son, date nights with my wife, camp fires with friends and hosting people from around the world at our vacation rental.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My wife and I chose to buy this property in Springbrook Hills Association, because the neighborhood is short term rental friendly, pet-friendly and has several amenities that we knew guests would enjoy, like the swimming pool, catch and release fishing pond, basketball goal & volleyball court. This neighborhood is also only 7 mins from Walloon Lake and a short drive to Petoskey, but also feels like your away from it all!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

What makes our property unique is that it is the only house in the neighborhood with gorgeous valley and mountain views for miles. It also has higher end vacation rental amenities such as a hot tub, dual coffee maker with various flavored syrups, electric awning, game room with ping pong, foosball and a custom cocktail 60 in 1 arcade machine. The layout of our home is also unique with 2 levels and a loft as well as big windows that showcase the views. The cabin has a holiday feel to it that you'll love bringing your family to! If that weren't enough, we're also pet-friendly!
