Relax and enjoy all that Charlevoix and Northern Michigan have to offer in this freshly updated condo 1.5 miles from downtown Charlevoix with accommodations for up to 4. This upper level 2 Bed, 2 Bath condo has a full kitchen, dining area, and washer/dryer with a balcony that overlooks a quiet creek and woodlands. Condo is within walking distance to Ferry Avenue public park and beach, and the public boat launch on beautiful Lake Charlevoix is just around the corner. Just minutes away, Downtown Charlevoix and Lake Michigan provide plenty of shopping, dining, hiking and bike trails, beaches, and sightseeing. Condo has one assigned covered parking spot, with extra parking along the side of the buildings and ample space to park a trailer. There is a nearby grocery store for any items you may have left at home!
Please Note: This is a second floor unit. There is one flight of stairs with an open staircase. Also, the host fee in price details is the cleaning service fee.

Beautiful condo-very, very clean and nicely decorated. The owners communicated very well and were wonderful to work with. The condo was in a quiet neighborhood and a short drive to downtown. Would highly recommend this property.

Perfect place to stay

We were very lucky this condo was available on short notice. The owners have it well stocked, very clean, comfortable and communication all 5 stars!! I absolutely loved the location, close to downtown, beach, the Belvedere golf course (our main reason we went). I loved walking into town going through the Belvedere neighborhood very peaceful. We went Jax and the landing for dinners. Both recommended by Don and was spot on. Would definitely stay here again!

Immaculate cleanliness. Excellent communication from landlord. The accommodations were comfortable and well appointed. This location was easy to get to, and the stay suited my wife and I very well. I would not hesitate to return to this property, and I would recommend it.

Fall Get a Way

Don & Jacqui were great hosts. The condo is beautiful and extremely clean. They gave us some ideas on places to go and to see. We did not have one issue. We had a fabulous 4 day trip up in the Charlevoix area. Can’t wait to do it again.

Great stay, but not for the elders

This was our first stay going through VRBO. We had great communication with the owners who were very friendly. My only complaints would be the stairs going up, not for the elderly or someone that has a problem climbing. And it could use some better mattresses. The place is immaculate and very comfortable.

Amazing vacation!

Our family had a wonderful time in Charlevoix at Don & Jacqui’s condo. The condo and location were perfect for our family of four. The condo was spotless and had everything we needed! The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were so friendly! We loved the short walk to the food trucks and ferry beach and the short drive to downtown Charlevoix. Don & Jacqui were wonderful hosts. The check in & out process was super easy as well. We can’t wait to return to Don & Jacqui’s condo!!!!

Clean, convenient, comfortable

The condo was spotless! The cleanest rental we have ever experienced! While this is a 2nd floor unit, the stairs are private. You enter into a small foyer w closet area and the stairs are inside. Railings on both sides were strong and helpful. Location was ultra convenient...easy access the "back way" to the shopping area with the grocery store and pizza place. The complex was peaceful and quiet..nothing wild and crazy going on. Appreciated the hand held shower heads in the bathrooms. Towels were clean, soft and fluffy. The balcony is small but comfortable with a great view of the creek and trees. Will be beautiful in the fall too. Note that all the lighting is overhead..no table lamps in living room or bedrooms. Don was very quick to respond to questions. We'd recommed this condo for Charlevoix stays!

Beautiful Property

My husband and I came to town with my parents so I could run in the Charlevoix half marathon and enjoy a getaway for a few days. This upstairs condo was beautiful and one of the cleanest rentals we've stayed in! It was very quiet and peaceful even though it's connected to other condos. The neighbors were friendly. Don and Jacqui have thought of all the little details, down to shampoo/conditioner in the shower and nightlights in every room. We would love to return in the future!

Beautiful Condo

The moment my friend and I arrived inside the condo, we both said at the same time "I don't want to go home" lol. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay in Charlevoix. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Thanks Don for letting us check in early. It gave us time for an afternoon of golf. The weather was chilly so we didn't get an opportunity to enjoy the beaches or sit on the balcony, but we packed a lot in for the three days we were there. Thanks again Don and Jacqui for your lovely condo.

Wir (2 Personen) waren fĂŒr 10 Tage im Mai 2024 in Charlevoix und haben unseren Aufenthalt zu 100 % genießen können. Das angemietete Appartment hat es an nichts fehlen lassen. Lage, Sauberkeit und Einrichtung sind nicht zu ĂŒbertreffen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und haben immer Hilfe angeboten falls nötig. Die lange Anreise von Deutschland hat sich gelohnt, wenn man nach einem Tag in der wunderschönen Natur von Nord-Michigan in dieses gemĂŒtliche, ruhige Appartment kommt und den Tag revue passieren lassen kann. Immaculate, intelligently stocked & furnished - Close to downtown.

December 2023. Stayed from Sunday through Saturday. Great location to walk/drive to restaurants and grocery stores. Used this place as our headquarters for day hiking. Very quiet and easy to find. Better than advertised. Super clean. Owner was on spot with communication and ideas. Only goods things to say. Thanks!
