Luxury 4,000 sq ft waterfront home on Old Hickory Lake in the Greater Nashville area - 30 minutes from Broadway, Grand Ole Opry, airport - but away from it all. Home and sprawling 1 acre property are perfect to gather and enjoy lake life with 2 floors of breathtaking views. Spread out and enjoy 2 large living rooms, screened in porch with TV, and large deck overlooking the lake. 4 stunning bedrooms & 5 baths, including two master suites with en suite and king beds. Ping pong, foosball, kayaks!*** 100% non-smoking property inside or outside. There is nowhere to smoke nearby, so please do not book this property if anyone in your party smokes.
*** No parties or events inside or out. This property has a maximum capacity of 12 guests. We do not allow additional guests on property.

Private 1 acre waterfront home boasts sweeping views of Old Hickory Lake. Huge waterfront yard!! Home is light and airy with walls of windows facing the lake. Everything is completely new and updated. Our home is fully stocked with everything you need - In the kitchen there are spices, olive oil and Keurig coffee pods INCLUDED. 4 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer INCLUDED. There are two master suites with king beds, TV, and private bathrooms (plentiful towels). Bathroom #5 is accessed from screened in porch and includes laundry. Upstairs, there is a desk with office chair for working remotely with a view of the lake. This is the perfect home for families - we also have a high chair, pack n play with 2 sets of sheets, books, and toys. Large kitchen and island for gathering, barstools, large dining table, huge sectionals upstairs and downstairs for movie nights, cozy screened in porch with sofa and TV. There are 5 Smart TVs throughout the home (easy to use your logins).

Extras for family fun include: foosball table, ping pong table with paddles and balls, 3 kayaks and paddles for use, life jackets, fishing rods for use, large gas BBQ with propane INCLUDED, outdoor fire pit with wood INCLUDED, Adirondack chairs, cornhole, badminton, croquet, tree swing, and fishing! Pontoon boat rental available at Gallatin Marina (less than 1 mile).

White Coat Ceremony Family Getaway

The property was beautiful with incredible detail and family fun in mind. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking, playing ping pong and making smores. The property had everything needed to make our vacation feel so luxurious and if we needed anything the host was very accommodating, we would stay here again in a heartbBest without a doubt.

Beautiful property, endless activities

This large lake house had plenty of space for two families and included tons of activities for kids and adults to enjoy. Everything was provided from kayaks and life vests of all sizes to firewood, even stuff to make smores and coffee pods. The house was beautiful, well maintained and spotlessly cleaned. We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon!

A beautiful place to stay!

This home is beautiful, spotless and well equipped with all the things necessary to enjoy your stay. The location of the home is perfect. You are close enough to all the stores and restaurants for the things you might need or want but tucked away enough to enjoy the river and wildlife. Visiting the city of Nashville was awesome and the drive from the house and back is very manageable. I would highly recommend you consider this home should you visit this area. Amazing Lake Home

The home was absolutely amazing with just the right set up for our crew. The home was immaculate, well stocked, and had just the right amenities for the lake. Our family had a great time with the fishing gear and kayaks on the lake. The firepit and cornhole boards were great for afternoons. We rented a boat from the marina down the road and launched from the backyard of the house. The kitchen was absolutely amazing. Conrad was a great host and ensured everything was perfect for our visit.

Best VRBO experience we have ever had

I have stayed at many VRBO over the years, and this was far and away the best experience. The owner is very helpful and responsive. The house is amazing, location is amazing. The kitchen was stocked with everything you can possibly need, with quality cook wear, appliances, etc. It is new, clean, everything in working order. Great space for multiple families or a large group. Neighbors are friendly and engaging. We were thankful for the entire experience.

Lovely lake house!

This home is absolutely lovely! The owners have thought of everything! There was a beautiful welcome basket, complete with the makings for smores, and a waffle breakfast. They supplied paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, and shampoo and conditioner, enough for the entire stay! The check-in process was automated and very easy. The 2 bunk rooms were perfect for our kids and teens. The 2 large master bedrooms are good-sized, with nice bathrooms and showers. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. It was especially appreciated that there were toys, books, and coloring supplies for little kids. As well as kyacks, paddles, and marshmallow roasters are all provided. The only issues we had were with the lake (not anything the owners have control over). But for others who may not be familiar with Old Hickory, as we were not. There is a boat ramp right close to the house (.2 miles) but the water depth by the house was only 1-2 feet deep at the dock which was not conducive to pulling our wakeboard board boat up to be able to load and unload at the house dock. The marina is close to the house so you have a long no-wake zone to get through before you can start boating. It took us about 15 min. to troll from the house to where you can start wakeboarding. Pros: Comfortable beds Fluffy towels Fully Stocked Park nearby Fire pit Grill Outside eating area Toys Cons: Limited parking House is on a busy road Shallow water and lots of debris Thank you so much for the wonderful stay!
