This charming farmhouse on 3.5 acres is straight out of a magazine! From the moment you pull into the gravel driveway it's clear you’ve arrived somewhere special. Located 30 mins North of Nashville amongst beautiful countryside, this manicured property has plenty of space to run around, pick some veggies for dinner & completely unplug for some precious moments of relaxation!
With 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms & 14 beds, it's the perfect place for a week long getaway or a few days with family/friends.
Casa Vino is located 5 mins down the road from Long Hollow Gardens Wedding Venue and the perfect spot to house wedding guests or the bridal ensemble. Also within 5 minutes drive, you have easy access to a Publix grocery store along with several shops & restaurants. Old Hickory Lake access points range from 10-20 mins drive and is a great recreational lake for boating, fishing or listening to live music at one of the several water front restaurants. Several other notable mentions are the plethora of public golf courses in addition to local and state parks for hiking/biking that Sumner County offers.
With 2 bedrooms on the main level, 2 bedrooms & a bunk room on the upper level, a delicious farmhouse kitchen, cozy dining room, an open loft games area, peaceful screened-in porch, spacious living room with fireplace, convenient laundry room, & the best of all amazing back patio overlooking the veggie garden, tree-lined back yard & incredible fire pit.
Adorned throughout with rustic wood flooring, custom lighting & aged farmhouse finishes, the character & charm of this property is second to none.
Here’s a detailed breakdown room by room for you to get a rounded understanding of the home:
The Living Room - With 18’ high ceilings, an abundance of natural light & views out to the rear of the house, this is one of my favorite places to relax. Plenty of comfy seating can be found oriented around the gas fireplace. One end of the living room seamlessly flows into the kitchen, while the other end leads to the screened-in porch.
The Farmhouse Kitchen - Our hope is that you treat this as your home away from home. With that in mind we have endeavored to provide all of the amenities & appliances you’d find yourself in need of while preparing meals on the road. From Crock pots & Keurig Coffee Makers to blenders & everything in-between, we welcome you to cook up a feast during your stay. Open to the living room & with space to sit around the island, it is a joy to entertain & gather together here while baking up some cookies!
The Screened-in Porch - This outdoor area is a wonderful place to recoup. Sit around the gas fireplace in one of our comfy arm chairs. Take in the aromas of the fresh garden which will produce seasonal veggies we invite our guests to share with us. (Produce is not always in season, so simply depends on the time of year & what has been planted).
The Back Porch & Beyond - This is the place to be. Dine among Mother Nature under the ambient cafe lights. Watch the kids run around in the back yard or tempt yourself to a game of cornhole or other outdoor activity with friends. When there’s a chill evening, there’s nowhere better to be than sitting around a fire pit telling stories or singing songs and let’s not forget roasting up s’mores!
The Loft - This special area is located outside the bunk room and overlooks the living room below. It’s a place we’ve prepared for indoor entertainment when the weather isn’t cooperating. Featuring a foosball table….
Bedroom #1 - The master suite is located on the main level and features a King bed, large walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with shower & separate soaking tub. There is an additional fold away Twin bed that can set up for extra sleeping space. (Sleeps up to 3 people with 2 beds)
Bedroom #2 - This room features a queen bedroom set & is en-suite with a bathroom containing a walk-in shower. (Sleeps up to 2 people with 1 bed)
Bedroom #3 - This room is located upstairs and contains a King bed. There is an additional fold-up Twin bed. (Sleeps up to 3 people with 2 beds)
Bedroom #4 - This room is located upstairs and contains a King bed. It is en-suite with a bathroom containing tub/shower combo and double vanities. There is an additional fold-up Twin bed. (Sleeps up to 3 people with 2 beds)
The Bunk Room - This bedroom is set to accommodate several bunks & trundles. With 2 Full/Twin bunk beds adorned with twin trundles beneath them, along with a day bed there’s plenty of space to sleep and makes an ideal kids hang out. (Sleeps up to 9 people with 7 beds).

Here are a few final house keeping rules to please abide by during your visit:
We love our furniture, our floors, our walls and more… And we have poured a lot of love into the selections throughout the home. We kindly ask that we keep our feet and food off of the couches, as it goes a long way to preserving the wonderful furnishings.
Please note that glitter and confetti are prohibited, as is adhering anything to the walls such as banners, signs and balloons as it causes lasting damage. Fireworks or any explosive devices are ABSOLUTELY under any circumstances prohibited at this property. If used at this property you will be asked to vacate immediately.
This property is operated on a septic system and it is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to only flush toilet paper and what is natural down the toilets. If a blockage occurs and anything is found to have been flushed that shouldn't be there, then we will have no choice but to charge for the plumber's call out fee.
All of our properties have quiet hours of 9pm to 8am to respect the surrounding neighbors. Outdoor music and talking must be kept at a respectable level, especially during these hours.
Please, If you break something during your stay, report it to us so that we can pro-actively work on attempting to replace it for your stay and that of future guests.
If you use the outdoor grill or green egg, we do kindly request that you are responsible to clean it after use. If it is not cleaned then we will need to charge a fee for cleaning it after your stay.
