Location, Location, Location!! Beautiful Modern Condo 1 Blk from Beach/5th Ave

Welcome to Casa de Playa Grande!!

Our beautiful, contemporary 2 bed/2 bath condo is situated in the center of the Italian sect of Playa del Carmen in the Piedra Viva Condos - 1 block from the beach and 1 block from the shopping and night life of 5th Ave.
The condo features 2 king bedrooms, each with full spacious bathrooms. The 2nd king bed is actually 2 twin beds pushed together and can be separated and used as 2 twin beds.
There is a separate area with a washer/dryer combination and a sofa bed which folds out to a double bed and has a single day bed pull out.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area to seat 6 comfortably. The unit has central air throughout, high-speed WiFi, a smart TV with access to Netflix/Prime Video with your login.
We have a gated entrance to the property and utilize a self-check-in process using a lockbox code to access the keys. It is located on the 3rd floor (no elevators, sorry!) with a balcony overlooking the pool and tropical gardens, a great spot for morning coffee.
We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive: bottled water, hand soap, hand sanitizer, paper towels, toilet paper and body soap. Please note that these will not be replenished during your stay.

Also available for your use are beach chairs, beach towels, a beach umbrella, and a small cooler for your visits to the public beaches. It is just a short walk to the famous Mamita’s Beach Club which offers chairs, umbrellas, full dining, and bar service on a beautiful white sand beach for a nominal fee. Other nearby beach clubs include Kool, Martina, Lido, Indigo and Zenzi.
The infamous 5th Avenue features sidewalk cafes, coffee houses, night clubs, restaurants, boutique shopping and entertainment. Everything is within walking distance so there is no need for a car. Excursions can be booked from many activities stands in the area. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a convenience store around the corner on 5th ave.
This place is easily accessible from Cancun International Airport (a 45-minute drive) and transfers can be booked either online or at the airport.
