The interior of the home was very clean and spacious. Location was awesome. One block from the beach and easy access to highways.Pool was refreshing but outdoor furnishings were old, rusted and broken.

The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. I can't speak highly enough of this property. We came for a last team retreat before our team disbanded and it was a perfect location for that. I especially loved all the various places we could gather throughout our time. My favorite was the covered area that also was a breezeway, with soft seating and tables next to the pool. The 4 individual bedrooms were perfect for our group. The garage was stocked with so many fun options for the pool and we enjoyed one of the games they provided.

Great house for family vacation!

This house was perfect for our family vacation! Very clean, kitchen was well stocked, and plenty of towels (both shower and beach). Beds were comfortable, and rooms were all good sizes. Location was PERFECT for walking to the beach. Only about a 3 minute walk! Our kids loved the pool and backyard activities. The covered outside area was amazing especially when the weather wasn't great! Great communication! I would definitely recommend!

This is a very nice 4 bedroom house. Beach was very close and easy to walk to, about 1/2 a block, then cross the street and beach is right there. Nice outdoor area around the pool. It is a very clean and comfortable house.

Superior to any vrbo I have stayed at, down to every fine details, there were games for the kids at the property, beach chairs and towels, all of the cabinets were labeled so it was easy to find all things, there was shampoo body wash and conditioner - which also helps when you fly to your destination. The house was gorgeous and the upkeep was excellent. I would highly recommend this property

If an unfiltered, cloudy pool that was only usable the last 2 days of our 8 day stay sounds like fun then this property is for you. The communication with the property managers was on point but overall this property was not maintained and is falling apart. Grill caught fire, found 2 cockroaches in the home, only one couch in the home which was filthy, a shoddy glass top dinner table with safety strips falling off and awkward chairs, lukewarm water at best (but the property management company came and turned the hot water tank up). In need of 2 new beds- mattresses were very old and uncomfortable. The property was in close walking distance to the beach. There were 25 year old rusty beach chairs and a half broken wagon available for use. The backyard WAS an oasis but hasn’t been maintained and everything is broken, old, overgrown and not maintained. Someone cheap runs this property, don’t fall in the trap. I got a refund for not being able to use the pool but would never stay here again. Total bummer.

Ocean Oasis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home! Situated between the ocean and the bay, it is central to the beauty Melbourne offers. The home was decorated beautifully and was so very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked allowing for many yummy meals to be prepared. The pool and outside area was perfect for relaxing. The short walk to the beach and the amenities available for our use made the week perfect. Taylor was wonderful to work with providing great communication and follow-up. Her attention to detail and proactive support of our needs meant a lot to our family! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home!
