Great family home is perfectly located in the quaint Town of Melbourne Beach, less than ½ block to the Ocean. Two minutes to the Spessard Holland Golf course and 1 minute to historic Ocean Avenue in Melbourne Beach. You can hear the waves crashing from the home while relaxing in the jacuzzi.
Our spacious home is beautifully, and newly furnished, and has 4 private bedrooms and 3 baths. Additionally, we have a den which is set up as an office & a game room w/ a pool table. Certification #CVR24-00-24

Our spacious home is beautifully, and newly furnished, and sleeps up to 10 guests. 4 private bedrooms and 3 full baths. Additionally, we have a den which is set up as an office and a game room with a pool table.

Master Bedroom: 1 King Bed and private bathroom
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Full Bed
Bedroom 4: 2 sets of Bunk Beds, top bunks are twins and bottom bunks are full beds. Plus, a private bathroom.

Recliner, desk, and desk chair well suited for working or reading a novel, plus we offer a strong Wi-Fi signal throughout the home.

KITCHEN
The modern kitchen has everything you could need to prepare delicious meals for your family.
The kitchen has quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and beautiful, modern wooden cabinets.
Breakfast bar is available with 3 stools.

Large, beautiful wooden dining table will comfortably fit your family.

Great Beach Access

Our kids loved that they could walk across the street and be at the beach. We did walks in the evening around the neighborhood, and it was a clean, nice neighborhood. Close to parks, grocery shopping, and cute little shops too.

Wonderful Memorial day weekend

My family & I Ioved this home, So cozy roomy very clean close to local restaurants and shops. Wonderful neighborhood & the beach is a walk away definitely recommend and will definitely come back again.

Great beach getaway!

There were about 10 of us gathered here and there was plenty of room for 2 more. Beach access a stone's throw away, which was top priority for us. We loved the hot tub. The space was bright and clean. There were plenty of amenities and everything we needed in the kitchen to make large meals to feed us all. The neighborhood was nice for walking in, even at night. We felt safe. There was even a pool table that the guys enjoyed. The owner was quick to respond to our communication and helpful with any questions we had. Excellent host. Would definitely come back.

Great Family/Mother's Day Get Together

We had 10 people (one extra who decided to stay rather than drive 2 hours after dark). The accommodations were superb and everyone had lots of room for everything. The weather person held up the storm, so we even got to go outside for a while. It was an important family outing because one of the Grandkids was back from Italy for a training session and we all got to hear her stories about the new Pope and pasta!?! It was fun. Would go back in a minute . . . maybe stay longer and go to the beach and fishing.Thanks Art

Gorgeous Ocean Oasis 🌊 🌴

Simply stunning & brand new modern beach house. All the amenities have been thought of, down to remotes for the flickering candle lights in the fireplace. Art is the perfect host! He was so charming and sweet and responsive with questions prior to booking. Spacious and super clean, as in new house, new furniture, new everything clean! Gorgeous and classic decor! We are actually changing our bathroom remodel to mimic the marble shower in master bath. Beds are super comfortable and the air conditioning works so well that we had to keep turning the temp higher. That never happens in Florida, lol. Smart TVs with all the streaming apos, netflix, hulu, etc, high speed internet, plus cable, in bedrooms and living room, which was KEY. Huge dining room table seats 8 people. The spa is FANTASTIC! You can lie down in it, on this spa jet underwater lounge bench that gives full body water massage. The backyard is so pretty and peaceful, we didn’t even want to go to the beach! Just lay back and sunbathe in recliners and all you hear is the rustling of palm trees. No A1A noise. Location is perfect, very close to Melbourne Beach, local surf shops & restaurants (we love Skewers). Located a short block from beach in a very quiet, much sought after neighborhood. This is now our new favorite vrbo! Can’t wait to come back!
