The house was very clean and well organized. Pool was great and the bedrooms were all very comfortable. Would definitely come back in the future. Great Thanksgiving weekend family vacation!

No AC, all toilets overflowed (feces all over the floor that I had to clean, had to toss my fav PJ’s), black mold, we all got sick from drinking the tap water, showers wouldn’t drain. Beds damp. House smelled of mildew. The host moved us to a different property: no AC, not enough bedrooms for all of us, only two small bathrooms. Owner refunded me a whopping 150.00.We ALL left early and couldn’t wait to get out of there.

Wonderful family trip

The property was great. It’s always a wonderful surprise to have extras provided by your host. Not only was the property decorated perfectly, there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available for us in all the bathrooms! Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed!The 5th bedroom with trundle bed is more like a closet, but works for kids. Mattresses could use some updating, but other than that it was a tremendous, relaxing trip!

Family get away

Our family gathered for a wedding anniversary. The space was perfect for everyone to have their own space. The pool was a great source of fun. The dining area was large enough for all of us to eat together, which was wonderful! The house was an easy 12 minute walk to the beach.

A good place to gather for a short stay!

We came from near and far for a reunion of teachers and volunteers who first met more than thirty years ago. The home is thoughtfully renovated with many spaces and smart details to accommodate all our moods and needs. The retro mini-fridge, extra-long dining table, updated kitchen and outdoor areas served us well. We were a full house and never lacked for towels or dishes. Overall, our stay was welcoming and comfortable in a charming ‘home away from home.’ The owners are very responsible and sincere. On our first day, the hot water did not work but they responded immediately to address the problem. For the rest of our stay, we never lacked for water pressure or hot water. There were some minor condition problems that kept us from giving five stars. For the most part the furniture was attractive but not in good shape. One couch was literally on its last legs. In addition, we found some problems with cleaning: the refrigerator had mold on the water dispenser and on the rubber seals around the door and freezer. The furniture in the screened porch was dingy and dusty, and little or no attention was given to cleaning the outdoor grill, and the pool areas. Sadly, we also lost a hand-made silver ring in the front bedroom and wonder if anyone made an effort to find it.

Great spot for a family vacation!

We had 11 of us and it was a great time. The layout of the house worked really well for the most part. We enjoyed the pool and it’s very close to the beach. The property managers were outstanding too! I highly recommend!

Great Experience!

The nearby beaches, parks, and the pool made this location perfect. We got to see three rocket launches too! I highly recommend this place!

Lovely spot

Our large family, 9 adults, baby, and 2 small dogs, spent a wonderful week at this large home with pool and garden. The house is beautifully finished and decorated, and equipped with everything we needed during our vacation. We all spent hours relaxing by and in the pool. We cooked meals and dined at the large table, then slept well on comfortable beds. The location is perfect for our needs. We hope to return another year.

Wedding stay

The stay was wonderful. The house was clean and had lots of space. Pool was great! We had some items that required us to contact the owners and they were quick to respond and address. Very nice people. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Very nice property with incredible pool

This was a large family vacation. We had a great time. The 5 rooms and 3 bathrooms made it comfortable for all. The pool area was lovely. Being a mile from the beach was nice. I would recommend this property. One negative was one of the bedrooms is actually the master bedroom closet so was only accessed through the room.

Not the Vacation Home We Thought We Were Getting

Unfortunately our experience was not like most of the reviews. We had two families and we were excited to vacation together. When we arrived, the house had a different feel from what the pictures suggested. Contrary to the pictures, the house is old with modern accents of furniture. We noticed a lot of things that could have been better. 1. The pool and the outside/ inside patio area were dirty with debris and not inviting at all. 2. The garage /game room area was so hot and smelled of trash that had not been emptied prior to our arrival. 3. We noticed some stains on some sheets and a missing curtain in one of the rooms. 4. That same evening it rained and there was a leak from the ceiling in the dinning room. 5. There was also a bad smell, (almost like a sewage smell that I hope was not toxic) that was there throughout our stay. 6. One of the rooms by the patio/ pool had a loud rumbling noise in the night. Not sure if it was the AC when it came on but the family in there complained of no sleep at times because of it. 7. The pool area had a lot of mosquitos that were biting and uncomfortable. The trash, curtain, pool area, leaks were addressed eventually, however would have been avoided had they all been taken care of before our arrival. I don’t think that guests should have to point out issues for them to be taken care of. We made our stay more enjoyable by going out a lot more then we planned. This place could use a thorough inspection by health authorities.

Cute beach house

We enjoyed our stay in the house. Check in was a breeze and the property owner was quick to respond to any questions. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for preparing meals as well as cleaning supplies, trash bags and paper towels. The only negatives I have are that the trash cans were filled up when we arrived so we didn’t have anywhere to place our trash. Also the “5th bedroom” isn’t actually a bedroom. More like a large closet inside of the master bedroom with a bed inside. This was disappointing since the number of bedrooms described in the listing was one of the reasons we chose this house. I would recommend this house to anyone as long as they are aware of the bedroom situation.

Everything was wonderful about our trip. The property manager was so kind and thoughtful. They checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was going okay! The house was perfect for the group we had and we were kind of sad to leave it!

Nice house! A little disappointed with outside furniture. Needed more cushions, one chair broken. Grill area was dirty so was the screened in porch!!

Wonderful Experience

The home is just as nice, if not better, than depicted in the photos. We had a large group of 12 adults with several young children and there was plenty of room. Tesi, the host, was so kind, professional, and responded quickly to any questions we had. She provides a binder that gives you all info you need about the home, as well as recommendations for things to do/places to eat in the area which was great. Check in/out was super easy and the location was super close to the beach. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Our Florida vacation

We had a great time. The house was excellent. My grandkids loved the pool. We went to Disney for two days and had a great time. I will want to stay at this property again with my girlfriends.

Relaxing Getaway

This adorable vacation home was decorated beautifully and made us feel like we were at home. It was fully stocked in comparison of other VRBOs that we have stayed at in the past. There was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent, salt/pepper, and other simple kitchen items. It was blessing to not have to purchase these additional items for our short stay.
