Ce vieux de 200 ans la maison unifamiliale a été rénové pour offrir un confort moderne avec le charme historique. Idéalement situé au cœur de l'exceptionnel West End de PTown, cette maison est juste un bloc loin de l'amusement et le charme de la rue commerciale. L'étage principal comprend une grande salle nouvellement meublée avec foyer au gaz et 50 "TV à écran plat. Cuisine gastronomique est stocké avec des ustensiles de cuisine et des appareils haut de gamme, y compris un double four, double évier et convection / micro-ondes. Il est l'un ch / une salle de bain à l'étage principal, 2ème étage comprend une chambre de maître grande, plus une troisième chambre avec une salle de bain de luxe avec jacuzzi et 2 personne douche à vapeur. Terrasse extérieure avec des sièges pour 6 plus 2 places de parking gratuites. Haute vitesse à Internet sans fil.

Remarque: La location ne comprend pas l'appartement du sous-sol occupé par le propriétaire, qui est entièrement séparé et fermé à clé de l'espace de location.

Magical return visit

This was our second holiday stay in this home. We love it so much. The house is so cozy for winter, especially the fantastic gas fireplace. We prepared several elaborate holiday meals and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location is ideal. The host is wonderful. Everything was sparkling clean. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our very best VRBO stay. These folks thought of everything. The place was gorgeous. Clean well laid out and iperfect placement in Ptown for access to everything you wanted or needed. We will definitely rebook this property.

Wonderful Home

Chris' home is a delight. Historical home updated to perfection. Comfortable open space for relaxing. Kitchen is stocked with everything you would ever need. Beds are super comfortable, showers are great. It is wonderful to come back to this house and quiet neighborhood after a day of waking in town. Hope to be back.

a charming place

My husband and I and our son and his wife with their two children stayed here to attend our daughter's wedding. What a great place! so walkable to everything! It was one of the cleanest places we ever rented! It has all the bells and whistles from the comfort level mattresses to the mini splits and the toilet/bidet! Chris was great to communicate with! We stayed 4 nights and wished we could've stayed longer! Try Liz's Cafe, right around the corner! great food and friendly people!

Cute and spacious gem!

Our host was very pleasant. We met him upon check in. This place has lots of amenities. We stayed here with our family. We each had our own bedroom and the living/dining area is open to each other so it's a nice space to gather together. It's a close walk into town. I would stay here again and would recommend this place.

Historic property with all of today's comforts

Enjoyed our recent stay over Christmas Holiday 2023! Chris was the consumate host by offering a beautifully relaxing space in the uber-convenient West End area of PTown. We were 2 couples and one dog and found the accommodations quite comfortable. The sleep number beds in all the bedrooms offered a wonderful nights sleep after nearby strolls into town. Really enjoyed sitting by the gas fireplace and enjoying conversations in the cozy living area. Ample onsite/off street parking for our 2 SUVs was a bonus! Chris was quickly and thoroughly available for any questions we had - super responsive. Great property, great host, great vacation...we'll be back!! Thanks, Mr. Flint!!

Dog Friendly Cottage

This is a very comfortable cottage for two couples with pets.The kitchen is well appointed with a large kitchen table in the center. The overhead lighting was a little low for doing a jigsaw puzzle but otherwise adequate. The bedding and living room furniture were super comfortable for all of us. This is a great location in the West end of town- would stay there again!

Great place,great location

Charming Ptown Getaway

Charming cottage with amazing chef's kitchen. Open floorplan was comfortable for two couples with bedroom and bath upstairs and down. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Perfect Westend location with easy walk to beaches, Commercial Street, and the breakwater/moors. Would absolutely rent here again.

Magical Christmas stay

We loved our stay in this house over Christmas week. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures can convey, full of charming details and loving updates that preserve the historic nature of the property. Special shout-outs to the kitchen—so well appointed, we cooked an elaborate Christmas dinner and post-holiday brunch for ourselves and the house had everything we could have wanted—and the gas fireplace—so cozy on these winter nights with nothing more required than the touch of a button. Truly, we would not change a thing, and hope to be lucky enough to return!

Perfect Place in Provincetown

My partner and I stayed here with a couple of friends and our dog, Freddie, and found the house to be clean, with a well equipped kitchen, extra amenities (Alexa), and perfectly placed in the town for peaceful nights and easy walks to the center. We all agreed that this was a place we would rent again. Our thanks to Chris, the owner, for his quick responses to any emailed questions, too.

Better than expected

The house was much nicer and more spacious than I expected from the listing. The location was ideal, the instructions for everything were really detailed and easy to follow. It was a really cozy landing spot as we enjoyed Provincetown.

Perfect P-town Getaway!

This place literally couldn't have been better, we were so happy. The location is a 2-5 minute walk to everything, parking was on-site and easy (if you're not familiar w/ Provincetown this is a REALLY big deal), the house is cozy, well appointed (with high end touches that you don't often see in a rental) and clean. The beds and pillows were super comfortable, there are desks in the bedrooms if you need to do some work and the kitchen is well stocked with whatever tools you could possibly need. This will definitely be my go to house whenever I visit Provincetown in the future.
