Well maintained property in great location

Just across the coastal highway from the beach. Walking distance to food, shopping, and entertainment. The property is very spacious and well maintained. The host was very accommodating. I would certainly stay again.

Amazing property….one of the cleanest properties I’ve stayed in and that’s 27 years and counting. Right in the middle of everything. Also has a nice clean pool area. Def will be back here…

What an awesome place! The view was wonderful, parking was great and the location was perfect. Loved the centralized location to all the stores and dinner/breakfast place's. Just one block off the beach! Place itself was very well decorated and came very nicely equipped with everything u could need to cook for a large family.

Great location and spacious house.

House is clean, neat, and comfortable beds. Enough space to gather, but also have privacy. Walking distance to coffee, breakfast, ice cream, and restaurants. Close to beach. Close drive to Convention Center. Would highly recommend.

Summer 2024

Great location; especially for teenagers who want to explore and shop on their own. Great places to shop and eat nearby. Getting to the beach was a breeze and it was nice have the crosswalk with a light for crossing. Our only complaint was communication with the owners but I think that was the fault of VRBO.

We had an amazing vacation at this beach house! The house was beautiful it was stocked with a lot of things other beach houses don't have . The location was great it was close to the beach and a lot of reastaurants. But most of all the renters were very friendly and readily available for any questions we had. We will definitely be back

Perfect place to stay in Ocean City, MD !

A group of us 7 ladies stayed here a few weeks ago and had a great time. The condo was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was a short 2 block walk to the beach, and the owners were very helpful and available for the checking in process. I can't really think of a thing that I would change. We'll be back!

Wonderful family vacation

My husband & I celebrated our 40th anniversary with a beach vacation and our daughters and grandchildren. Everyone had a fantastic time and so many memories were made. The house was the perfect size for our 5 adults and 4 children. The amenities were great and being able to use the beach gear in the garage really helped. I recommend this property highly. Also the owners were very helpful with information we asked about and made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a memorable celebration and family vacation.

Beautiful spacious home on the bay!

This condo is exceptionally large and beautifully decorated. There were 10 of us and we had more than enough room for all our stuff. The huge dining room table was our hub for the week and we spent many evenings laughing and talking around it. The location is great. Just a short walk to the beach. The owners are wonderful to deal with. We received a call the evening before check in to go over some things, a call check in day to make sure everything was up to par and then again after check out to see how our stay was. I would highly recommend this rental.

Property really does not comfortably sleep 10. Living room only seats 5 and not comfortably. Kitchen is good. Dining room could use 2 more chairs. Too many stairs for 70+ yr. olds (we were aware it is 3 stories but many stairs to each level).AC not adequate in 3rd floor and very cold in lower levels

Great rental! I would recommend this condo to everyone. The owners were wonderful, responsive and available. The location is perfect with access to the bay and easy beach access a very short walk. Pool was very nice. Plenty to do in walking distance. The condo itself was perfect. Well equipped, clean, high end, with plenty of space for everyone, nicely decorated. Plenty of parking, garage for vehicle and storage for bikes, kayaks. Friendly neighbors. From booking to the end of our vacation it was a pleasant experience and I would rent this unit again. Great value and great place to stay. We had a varied group from young children up to 72 years old and this rental fit everyone's needs. Thank you for a great experience.

Beautiful Well Maintained Home - Great Location - Wonderful Accommodating Hosts!

Our stay at this house was perfect - great location and there was plenty of parking between the garage, parking pad and street for our group of 10. Tina and George are extremely nice and were just a phone call away should we have needed them. We arrived to a welcome basket with a few key items, but we brought our own paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies etc as well. The house was well maintained and very clean. It was also already stocked with laundry detergent, dish soap and trash bags. The kitchen/dining area was by far our favorite part of this home. We loved sitting around the large dining table and enjoying the view with the balcony doors open. I would definitely recommend this location and hope to stay here again in the future.

Great Place, Owners need a class on how to rent a property.

The home and location were great, unfortunately, the owners called me less than two days before our vacation demanding a list of our guests and their ages. I told them the copy of my license should be sufficient . They said it was a law, which it is not and said they would cancel the rental if I did not comply. Not the way I want to start a vacation. Ask upfront what information they will need from you before you rent.

Thanks for your feedback. We realize we had requested your information later than usual due to our being out of the country on business. However we do require a list of individuals staying on the property to ensure there are the appropriate number of people renting the home. We also ask for a Drivers License to ensure we know who is renting our home and how to contact them if there are issues. We offered you the opportunity to cancel the rental last minute with full refund if you were uncomfortable with providing the information. That way you would be allowed to go elsewhere if you wished to do so. We never said anything about there being a law requiring this information, but it is our policy for renting our home. Great Beach Vacation for Family

We visited this property for a one-week family vacation with 3 adult couples and 2 1-year olds. The location was great - short walk to the beach and the beach was never very crowded even during prime season because it is on a narrow part of the island. We also enjoyed being able to use the community pool as an alternative to the beach some afternoons. The house was clean and spacious. Only thing we would have done different would be to bring a second baby gate because we only had one and there was two sets of stairs. Besides that, the house was fully stocked with all the amenities we needed and we were even greeted with a welcome bag that included some must-have items such as dish soap, trash bags, toilet paper, etc. The owner reached out to us a few weeks before our trip and again on our arrival day to address any questions and walk us through some of the property details (entrance code, wi-fi, linens, trash, etc.) We had a great time and would certainly book this property again!
