With nothing between you and the sand, you’ll love whiling away the hours on the balcony, but if you decide to venture out, you’re near everything Orange Beach has to offer - fishing, dolphin watching, golf, historic sites, the famous Flora-Bama lounge - all are just minutes away. Onsite amenities include two outdoor pools and a tennis court.

Inside, you’ll find an open living space with modern decor, combining the full, well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. Store your bags on the luggage rack in each room. The view continues inside, thanks to a double set of French doors. Plenty of counter space and a full suite of appliances make meal prep easy, and don’t forget about the wine fridge and wet bar - pop a bottle in to chill for later. More modern conveniences include free WiFi, cable, and a washer/dryer. Spend the day on the beach, and return to relax in the central AC. At the end of the night, two well-appointed bedrooms await, each with an en suite bathroom. Lucky guests of the primary bedroom will enjoy that killer ocean view and direct balcony access, so grab that bottle of wine, slide open those French doors, and enjoy a sunset you’ll never forget.

THINGS TO KNOW
This is a first-floor unit (raised above ground-level). There is an elevator in the building.
Please note: Some construction will be taking place on the property from February 24th to March 20th 2025. This may include but is not limited to some work on doors and walkways.


Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
