Indoor Space:
- 7 bedrooms (2 King suites, 4 Queens, double size bunk, twin size bunk, two twin over queen bunks).
- 2 separate family rooms, including a game room with 75” TV, pool table, and arcades for the louder kids or adults, and a separate living room with a fireplace for the more relaxed ones.
- Large hot tub with view of the golf course.
- 3 bathrooms downstairs (two are king suites), one upstairs.
- Large kitchen and separate dining room for large groups. There is an additional fridge/freezer in the garage. There is a mini fridge in the game room and a mini fridge in one of the downstairs suites.
- There is a washer and dryer inside the house as well as another washer and two more dryers in the garage!

Outdoor Space
- The Hot tub is fully drained and refilled between EVERY guest stay!
- Large paver patio with barbecue overlooking the 6th tee of the Meadows golf course. The house is on the golf course for a fantastic view but sits back from the course a bit for privacy and out of the way of stray golf balls.
- Excellent spot for kids to play in the snow on the golf course in the winter or to go cross-country skiing or snowshoeing!

Other Amenities
- 10 passes to the Sunriver SHARC water park included!
- 6-8 adult and 4-6 kid bikes provided in the garage.
- All bedrooms except two have smart TVs for you to use your favorite streaming service.
- Separate AC/heat controls for upstairs, downstairs, and game room.

This is a full home rental with self-check-in. The best way to contact me is through the booking app as I manage the property remotely.

This property has space for 5 cars MAXIMUM for parking in the driveway and garage. On street parking is NOT allowed in Sunriver. Sadly, we have had issues with guests breaking this rule. There will be a $200 fine PER vehicle, PER NIGHT for any cars that break this parking rule. Thank you ahead of time for following this very important rule.

This house has full-time neighbors nearby. Please be respectful and courteous to everyone in the neighborhood by keeping noise to a level that cannot be heard outside of the house.

This property is used regularly by individuals with animal allergies. Pets are NOT allowed under any circumstances for the safety of the individuals with animal allergies.

The Sunriver SHARC outdoor waterpark and indoor pool hours and availability change often depending on the season, weather, and their staffing. It is a good idea to call ahead of time to confirm the hours.
