The Space:
The condo is on the 5th floor and is private with a great south-facing view through large windows. The unit has one bathroom and one private bedroom with one queen-sized bed. The laundry room is located in the basement of the building. You will have full access to the whole apartment, basement laundry room, and patio lounge area.

Across from the dining area sits the living room, complete with a plush sofa and large flat-screen Smart TV. Kick back and relax while you catch your favorite TV shows or plan your next adventure.

Guest Access:
You will have private access to the entire unit throughout your stay. Keep in mind that our unit is updated, but The building is an older building and a busy high rise. This means you can hear (and sometimes smell) neighbor activity in the hallway and even through the vents.
Guests will be required to check-in with the concierge in the lobby and have their ID
scanned upon arrival. Guests are required to come and go through the lobby throughout their stay.
There is a laundry room located in the basement of the building. Payment is required (credit card payment is accepted)
The Neighborhood:
Downtown Atlanta is the ultimate in urban living. From the Victorian-Era buildings to the brand new skyscrapers, itâs the center of action in the city. Downtown has a few distinct areas, such as Fairlie-Poplar, South Downtown, Centennial Hill, and Sono. While each one has its own special flair and flavor, they all have the high powered mix of restaurants, attraction1903s, and commerce that characterize Downtown.
Getting Around:
Peachtree Center Marta Station is 3 blocks away. The train takes 25 minutes to the airport ($2.50), Midtown is 5 minutes, Buckhead is 10 minutes. The condo is also right next to the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, so getting around by car is also very convenient. You are a 5-10 minute Uber or Lyft from anything Downtown or Midtown, traffic considering. There are BYRD scooters for rent right outside the building per availability. This condo is on the Freedom Park Trail, so you can be on the Beltline in 10 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and just like other city centers in the US, there are often houseless individuals smoking drinking around the area and outside of our building. Unfortunately this is something out of our control.
Also the building is under construction at the moment, so there are blowers in the floor of the lobby and in the hallways to get rid off the smells, if you find them too loud at night, you can turn them off. Our parking lot is on-site but privately owned and the third party owner is not very responsible, so you may see some trash in the area. In addition, the parking lot can get creepy at night, please find another parking lot nearby if you are not comfortable. Once more, unfortunately this is also something out of our control.
AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice.
Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you.
Interaction with Guests:
This unit is totally private! You don't have to interact with anyone apart from check in and showing your ID to the concierge. Our team is available If something should come up. Please contact us on the Airbnb platform or call our number if needed.
