The condo is located in Peachtree Towers, a well-insulated downtown building known for its peaceful interiors despite its central setting. Renovated in 2023, the space is thoughtfully arranged to support both short stays and longer visits. Motion-activated entry lights greet you on arrival, and adjustable LED lighting throughout the condo lets you set the mood whether you’re working, cooking, or relaxing. The open living area is designed for comfort, with a TV offering standard cable and reliable WiFi for streaming or staying connected.

Sleeping arrangements
The condo accommodates up to 3 guests and includes 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. Sleeping arrangements are simple and flexible, making the space suitable for solo travelers, couples, or small groups who value location and convenience.

Kitchen and daily living
The kitchen provides a dedicated space for preparing meals, supported by a full set of appliances and dining space for enjoying them indoors - especially welcome during cooler months. In-unit laundry with a washer and dryer adds ease to longer stays, and a dedicated workspace allows you to settle in comfortably for remote work.

Bathroom and essentials
The bathroom features a walk-in frameless shower and includes bathroom essentials for everyday use. After a long day downtown, it’s an inviting place to reset and recharge before heading out again or turning in for the night.

The building offers elevator access and a private unit entrance. Self check-in via keypad makes arrivals smooth, and paid parking is available both on and off the premises. Exterior security cameras are present in common areas only, adding an extra layer of reassurance during your stay.

You’re set in the heart of Downtown Atlanta’s Hotel District, within walking distance of major attractions like Mercedes-Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Centennial Olympic Park, Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, and AmericasMart. Peachtree Center and Civic Center MARTA stations are both about a five-minute walk away, offering direct connections to Midtown, Buckhead, and the airport.

Extra Touches
For your comfort, I’ve stocked the bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you can travel light and settle in right away.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.

WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the closet. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.

ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.

PARKING: is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.

BEDS: There are 3 "beds". Specifically defined as a King Bed, Folding Futon and standard couch.
