This place was just perfect! Great location and full of amenities that you might need. Even an electric wine bottle opener! Would definitely stay here again.

Great property

The property is awesome, clean and as advertised. Check in was off site which we didn’t know until the hour prior, but it was not far so that wasn’t terrible. The area is nice it was quiet throughout our stay. Proximity to bars and restaurants can’t be beat! Overall wonderfully stay

The house is very close to everything in Port A and was a beautiful home. There was a bar with some rowdy patrons that kept some of us up on Saturday but that is just a product of the central location. The TV channels load slowly but that was mentioned as an issue in Port A. Overall it was a nice home with plenty of space that we enjoyed a lot.

Miller vacation

We had a great stay. The only negative thing about the condo was there was no pot holders, so when we cooked dinner we had to use our hand towels and there was no notification for caution about the coyotes on the island. Our mini schnauzer was attacked on Tuesday night right outside of our condo while we were walking her on the leash. Over all, we had a great time and the condo was beautiful

Welcoming to pets. Parking is tight. Internet didnt work. Location to town and the beach is very convenient. One of the beds felt like it had a hole in it. We all noticed our eyes itching and were sneezing a lot so I looked in the AC closet and found what looks like microbial growth on the drywall. Some of the AC registers showed signs of it as well. Thermostat said the humidity levels in the home were close to 70% even with the AC running. Dishwasher sounded horrible and had a terrible sewer smell after running it. Will not be staying again.

Clean and spacious

Close to several popular restaurants and bars. Very clean, large bedrooms, king bed in every room. Open kitchen and living room separated by island. Beachy feel, although not located on the beach. Pool with covered sitting area. Would definitely rent this house again. Only problem was someone stole our canopy we left on the porch. Probably a person passing on the street. Our fault, we shouldn’t have left it out.

Second visit to Pt A

You enjoyed our rental very much and will consider it again for next year. The location is perfect for restaurants, all other attractions, stores for supplies, and of course the beach. Next time we will get a different golf cart vendor. There is a golf cart notice on frig that is half what we paid and it took three golf carts from your recommended vendor before we got one that worked.
