Title Wave is a beautiful, newly decorated, three-story, 3 bedroom/3.5 bath beach house with close to 2,400 square feet of living space and a convenient one-car garage.

Downstairs you’ll find a spacious living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with an eat-in breakfast area, refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, regular coffee pot, Keurig, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. In addition to the main living areas downstairs, there is a large private master suite, plus an additional half bath in the foyer and a spacious screened porch that faces the Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge.

On the second floor, you’ll discover two additional guest bedrooms, with two full baths, and a second-floor balcony. Other features include 9 and 10-foot ceilings, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning and lots of storage areas. There is also a finished crow's nest that could be used as a fourth bedroom.

We enjoyed using the golf cart for trips to the beach. We also enjoyed walking through the neighborhoods, swimming in the pool, and of course relaxing in the hot tub. We love Martinque, but disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the 6th time my family members have stayed at Martinque. We have always been happy with the house until this visit. To start with we did not get a text message with check-in information. We arrived just as the office was closing and got the door code and Wi-Fi password. The Wi-Fi password was misspelled, and so it didn't work until the next day. We had problems with the internet, until the modem was replaced on the 10th day of our stay. The cable service was out for the entire 14 days, because the owner didn't give permission to replace the box. Martinque maintenance or the cable company came out 5 or 6 times during our stay. There were 4 remote controls for the TV but no instructions, but nothing was working anyway. Of all the homes/condos we’ve rented, this is the first one there was no owner’s book with important information. I’m not sure who is responsible for inspecting a house before it is rented, but someone did not do that job. The house was reasonably clean, but there were little piles of sand not swept up and two dead bugs on the floor. The ice maker does not work properly, so there is always one big block of ice. The bicycles could not be used: one has a broken chain and the other a flat tire. There were cigarette butts on the front porch and the exterior and yard were not well maintained. The toilet seat upstairs is stained and should be replaced. The toilet paper holder in the master bath is broken. The fire extinguisher is empty. On three nights, we had very noisy neighbors after 10pm. We called security and the noisy neighbors were ticketed, but did not stop totally. The staff was nice, but little follow-up. We were compensated for some issues, but we did not enjoy having to deal with problem on vacation. We LOVE Martinque and will be back, BUT NOT THIS HOUSE!

Another amazing stay at The Martinique

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has stayed at The Martinique many times over the past 18 years. We have enjoyed a number of different houses over the years. We’ve stayed at Bliss, Ambrosia, Butterfly Beach, Parrot Keep, Belle Vue and of course Title Wave. All homes have been great, but I would have to say that Title Wave was the most organized. The garage is very well kept with new bicycles, a lot of beach chairs with beach umbrellas, tennis rackets, beach toys, etc. everything is hung nicely on the walls. The golf cart is nice and the buggy is awesome. The interior of the house is very clean and well decorated. The kitchen is updated with all items needed to cook any meal. The propane grill worked well. Had to request a new tank of propane and it was delivered and installed in about an hour. The Martinique staff has always been top notch. I’m sure we will return next year. Our family thoroughly enjoys everything about The Martinique.
