About La Bella Vita

With approximately 1,450 square feet of living space, this comfortable two-bedroom, two-bath first-floor condominium offers beautiful views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area, and a large patio. The fully appointed kitchen includes an eat-in breakfast area, microwave, dishwasher, and laundry area with a full-size washer and dryer. Other features include 9-foot ceilings throughout, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with a whirlpool tub, separate glass-enclosed shower, double vanity, and lots of closet space.

The beauty of Martinique is unparalleled as it is located on 55 acres of lush natural foliage and is nestled alongside the 4,200-acre Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge.

About Fort Morgan

Located halfway between Gulf Shores and Fort Morgan, Martinique on the Gulf offers a convenient location that is less than 20 minutes away from the heart of Gulf Shores, but allows for a more peaceful and relaxing environment away from the hustle and bustle.
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
