Highly recommended! Despite some miscommunication at first regarding how to access the property, Ray was very helpful and accommodating. The place itself is great! We love the convenience of the central location, the close proximity to the neighborhood pool, all the amenities, and the care that has gone into keeping up the place.
This was a great property, description was accurate. It was clean and was a cute little house. The AC is very cold and worked great. We loved the areas to hang out and washer and dryer. A few things that would make it better: A few extra blankets, a laundry basket, a few more cooking utensils, mixing bowls and pool towels. Also, It would be nice to have some type of curtain option on the back door for more privacy. A great place we would stay at again. Thank you!
We had a great time in Phoenix visiting our son and Rayâs property was perfectly located. We had a bit of a hiccup checking in but Ray was quick with a phone call and we were in business. The property itself is amazingly restored and is in a neighborhood in the midst of revitalization - it could seem sketchy to some but we had no issues and never felt unsafe. 9/10 - would recommend.
This property was perfect in more ways than one! It was clean, host was responsive and so accommodating. We booked for a family event to memorialize our Aunt and do a balloon release. It just so happened that the property backed what the locals call âthe hidden parkâ that my mother, aunt and uncle used to go to after school when they were little. My aunt had been talking about it not long before she passed. They were looking for it and couldnât find it. It wasnât until the showed up to the property, that they shared the stories and memories. It was beyond perfect and we 100% will be booking here next time we are all together again.
The property is great, there's clearly been a lot of work put into it. We were initially given the wrong door code, it was eventually figured out but did change our plans for the first night in town. The host was courteous and apologetic for the problem. Overall we really enjoyed the property and our stay!
Very nice quiet neighborhood, conveniently located near downtown. Cute cottage inside, nice spacious backyard. Loved our stay. Only downside was the many many cobwebs and spiders (luckily just daddy long legs) inside the home, could have used a good dusting and de-spidering. But overall we enjoyed our stay.
Needed a two bedroom and found the perfect one. I had one small issue and the property manager took care within a very reasonable time frame. I would definitely stay here again.
Stayed for a week with a couple of adult family members staying over night. Property is as described and probably best suited for 2-3 guests but not much more. Interior seemed to be about 6
600 sq ft so seems perfect for 2/3 people. The backyard is spectacular with fire pit/dining table/pool table/corn bags and sitting area and it opens up to a semi-private park w/locked pool behind it. At first glance the neighborhood may seem skeptical but we felt totally safe. It was a very quiet neighborhood, with many pleasant people jogging and walking their dogs on the street and in the back near the park. The only negative I would comment on was the BBQ was natural gas so it didnât quite maintain a good temp for cooking quickly. Communication with host was good throughout the process. 7.2 out of 10.
This property is absolutely adorable - so comfy and cozy. The outdoor amenities (pool table, corn hole, fire pit, and outdoor seating) were a huge hit among our family. While the home is in an urban area, you'll sleep well as the house is so well insulated and quiet.
We enjoyed our stay very much. We took advantage of corn hole, pool table, and fire pit. We were going to grill but the grill didn't seem to get enough gas even though it was hard piped in. The pups loved the enclosed yard to play in and the park right behind was an added bonus. We would definitely stay again when in Phoenix. The property is exactly as advertised with nice restaurants and coffee shops nearby.
Based in Phoenix with 10yrs of experience in residential real estate. Thereâs something satisfying about bringing homes back to life. To me, itâs art in 3D.
Hosting gives me the privilege of holding onto the projects Iâve poured myself into & sharing them in a way that almost feels like coming home.
If thereâs ever anything I can do to improve your experience, Iâm all ears. I hope you enjoy your time in Phoenix and the restored historic home.
