Located on a tranquil, residential street, this light-filled and modern four-bedroom home offers the perfect blend of relaxation and fun just three blocks from the beach. Ideally situated between Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach, you’ll enjoy easy access to both lively entertainment (Bottle & Cork nearby) and a wide variety of dining options, while still having a peaceful retreat to come home to.

Carolina Street Beach is a quick stroll from the house and is dog-friendly (dogs are permitted on the beach in Dewey Beach before 8am and after 6pm daily), making it easy to enjoy sunrise or sunset walks with your pup.

This home is designed for exceptional outdoor living. The backyard features a heated in-ground saltwater pool, a fun poolside basketball area, and a freshly landscaped yard with a privacy fence. Relax on the patio with a drink, fire up the Weber grill for shared meals, or rinse off after the beach in the outdoor shower, now equipped with a convenient dog shower attachment.

Inside, the home is equally inviting. The living area includes a brand-new spacious sectional sofa (Spring 2026) and there are TVs in every room equipped with Roku for easy streaming. The updated kitchen features a brand-new Bosch refrigerator and dishwasher (2026), along with everything you need to prepare meals, plus a large island perfect for gathering.

The home is thoughtfully stocked for guests of all ages, with a variety of books, games, and puzzles to enjoy. A freestanding booster chair is available, and a pack-n-play is provided (guests must bring their own linens for the pack-n-play).

For beach days, you’ll have access to beach chairs, a beach cart, an umbrella, and sand toys — everything you need for a stress-free trip to the shore. You can even get a permit at Dewey Town Hall for an evening bonfire on the beach!

Linens and towels are included with your stay, and for reservations longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning is required to keep everything fresh and comfortable.

Parking is plentiful, with space for 4-6 cars, making this home ideal for groups or multiple families traveling together. The home is walking distance to Dewey Beach and a 20 minute walk to the boardwalk in Rehoboth (or you can take the Jolly Trolley). Please note that street parking in both Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach requires paid or permit parking. Passes can be conveniently purchased by the day or week directly through each town.

Things to Know
The saltwater pool will be open from May 15 until October 1, 2026.Pool heat is available for the entire stay or not at all. We are unable to turn it on or off during specific days for your stay. Rentals longer than one week will require a mid-stay clean at the guest's expense.Rest easy, this vacation rental isn't subject to Rehoboth Beach's recent rental tax increase!Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 125 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
