And did we mention the private hot tub? Chimney Ridge Larkspur Townhome is an excellent choice for you and your family and friends!
This 3-bedroom plus loft, 3-bathroom townhome works perfectly for families and groups of up to eight. The living area features large windows and lofty ceilings for a bright, open feel; there’s also a stone gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV and comfy leather couches for relaxing and conversation. The fully equipped kitchen has granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, and plenty of cooking gear. The dining table seats six, and there’s room for three more at the counter.
Outside, there are three decks and a private hot tub. Other amenities include a heated one-car garage and one outdoor parking space, a washer and dryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the home. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Perfect Breck stay!
We loved our stay! It was a short walk to Beaver Run for our friend’s wedding and an even shorter walk to the ski lifts!

The property was clean and in a good location. Only a few minutes walk to Main Street for shopping and restaurants. Our family had a great time hiking, biking, and kayaking on Dillon reservoir. Then being able to come back and have plenty of room to relax.

Check in was so easy! The place was great. We had some issues with the downstairs bathroom but they were quick to fix it! Plenty of linens and very roomy!

Comfortable and Convenient
Our family enjoyed our stay in this comfortable condo. We enjoyed the convenient location to lifts and to Main Street. The bus stop is also right across the street. We would love to stay here again!

Great Family & Friends Ski Vacation
The townhome was spacious well equipped. The location to the Snowflake Lift was ideal. We would definitely rent this townhome again. Also, Summit Rentals were fantastic and very responsive to our needs.

Colorado Trip with 12 year old grandsons
The home was very nice and spacious. Everything we needed was provided (no running to the store for essentials). The location was perfect for going into town and heading into nature. I highly recommend this place, and would return to this place if I return back to Breckenridge.

Large condo close to skiing
This condo had many perks - heated garage, hot tub right on one of the decks so we didn’t have to walk or drive anywhere to hot tub after skiing, three bedrooms, three bathrooms / plenty of space! In the morning we walked down to the Snowflake lift to start our day and ended it at Beaver Run and caught shuttle back to condo

Overall was amazing. Hottub onsite just steps away. Great location. Plenty of space. Only ussue was the small garage. Mid size at most itll fit. Thats what we had but it was inches tight getting in. Other than that, Id stay here again. Very convenient for everything.

My wife and I have been coming to Breck in the Summer and/or Fall for at least 26 years. This is one of my favorite properties! Everything was clean and well-maintained. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We even had a nice, safe view of a bear enjoying an evening snack right behind the place! Thankfully, DNR agents arrived fairly quickly and persuaded it to leave the area!

We stayed 4 nights to enjoy Breckenridge and to hike in the surrounding mountains. (Me and two adult children.) The condo was perfect for us—plenty of room, a well-utenciled kitchen, and basic supplies to make the stay comfortable. Main Street was a comfortable 10-15 walk away. Everything in the condo worked well, and the Summit staff checked in by text a couple times just to make sure. We were very pleased.

The property was well located on the free shuttle line. The home had plenty of space for the 7 of us and was well furnishing. A couple of minor repairs were needed, but overall we enjoyed our stay. The hot tub, pool access, and fireplace were nice amentities.

Plenty of space for our group of 6 with all amenities in the house. Nice private hot tub, a grill, garage, washer/dryer all came in handy. Location is great as it is an easy walk to either Snowflake lift or Beaver Run. Management was attentive and available if any issues were to arise, but none did!
