When it comes to the perfect beach cottage, no other retreat can beat Atlantic Coast Cottage! This retreat has been newly renovated with all new kitchen appliances, cabinets, bathrooms, and vanities. You will enjoy the two spacious decks, a second row view of the ocean from the ocean side deck and a town view from the front deck. There is a rinse off shower and a fish cleaning station. Sunshine or shade: You'll find a cozy and comfortable spot to 'drink in' the breezes, the sunshine, the peace, and the comfort of Atlantic Beach, North Carolina.

Inside, this marvelous cottage offers a cozy open floor plan with an inviting living area with comfortable sofas and a large smart TV, a dining table, and a fully appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher.

Downstairs, you will find a separate level that acts as a guest suite for greater relaxation and privacy. There is plenty of light, a cozy eating area, a sink, a comfortable bed, a TV, and a washer/dryer to refresh your beach clothes.

Very clean and nice home

We really liked the location. The home was very clean and comfortable. Easy access to the beach. The check in process was the only thing that was not so fun. We had to go to the rental office to get a check in packet that had keys and I was glad they gave us keys, because the code to the door was like 12 digits and it did not work when I tried it. So we just used the key the entire time we stayed there. But it is a very nice place, close to everything.

The location is 10/10, absolutely phenomenal. The home is newly updated, but you can tell it was done quickly. Bathroom is very small, if you are larger than average you would probably struggle in there. Kitchen was good, had everything you needed! Originally rated cleanliness a 5 when the company text, but upon actually being in the rental it was definitely not cleaned well,.. there was a fingernail in our bedding.. Never could get the mini splits to work, thankfully it was spring and not warm out. Overall enjoyed the space!

Great location!

Wonderfully close to the beach and you can see the water from the deck! Plenty of easy parking. While the exterior lot could use some TLC, the inside was cute and comfortable.

Cute little cottage

Cottage is exactly how described and pictured in posting. Location was wonderful for shops, food, and the beach! Very short walk to beach access.

HVAC LEAK

For the most part, the property was pretty lovely, but as a builder in Virginia, I can say that some of the updates to the property fell short. The Hvac condensate line leaked through the basement ceiling the entirety of our trip. The mantence guys were nice and helpful but the Hvac sub contractor left one heck of mess.

Atlantic Beach Vacation

My stay at this property was great. It was less than 5 minutes to the beach. Nice neighborhood, great neighbors, nice view of the beach. I will defiantly rent here again in the near future.

The boys fishing trip

The home was clean and easily accessible. Very close to beach access where we could go to fish the surf. All in all it felt like home and we all agreed to plan on coming back in years to come and continue the family tradition of fishing as we were taught. Very welcoming to say it myself. I aim to book this home and comeback many many more times in the future not to mention we had a budget that the home fit it greatly as well. From the looks of inside the home I wouldve sworn it was gonna cost way more to book. To the owner of the home great job on it and thank you for sharing your home with my brothers my son and myself

Great beach cottage!

We really enjoyed staying at this cottage in Atlantic Beach. Everything was clean and comfortable, we had a nice ocean view from the deck, and the beach was a very short walk away! We were also close to plenty of amenities. We would love to stay here again!

Pros and Cons

Pros: Cute place, very clean, newly refurbished and close to the beach. Cons: 1) Wi-fi network site listed on the check-in not the actual site, required a call to have a (very nice)and maintenance man to come and tell us no is is Spectrum. 2) Front door lock allowed us in but would not lock when we left. Called and spoke to people but it stilled did not work well. 3) Two sets of keys provided but neither fit the back (kitchen) door so we could have left using the keys

Half a block to the boardwalk to the beach.

The entire home was VERY clean and very newly remodeled. Landscaping was a bit rough and gave us some concern upon first appearances, but the interior was very nice. The upstairs had lots of windows providing lots of light. The lower level was darker and somewhat sparsely furnished, giving it a basement feel. The price couldn’t be beat considering the home’s price and proximity to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.
