The open-plan living space includes a modern, well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, a dining area & a living room with comfy couches, perfect for an evening at home. Modern conveniences include a washer/dryer, free WiFi, cable & three TVs, so no problem if you can’t agree on what to watch. Beach service is available for rent from March 31st to August 1st. These setups may block the view of the beach from your vacation rental.
Guests must be 25 years of age or older to check in or stay. If you are under 25 years old and are not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian that is 25 years of age or older, you will not be permitted to stay in this unit. Please call Vacasa as soon as possible about your reservation.
There is an elevator in the building.
A queen sofa bed provides extra sleeping space.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
