Remodeled townhome #27 with 3BR/3BA located RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!!. 2 private parking spots at your front door, and a 3rd spot along the wall. No streets to cross, just walk out your back door to your deck, the sugar white sand beach and beautiful views of the ocean. Sleeps 6 in 3 king sized beds.

1st bedroom on the main floor, full bathroom, kitchen, and living room with sleeper sofa.

2 bedrooms upstairs, each with its own full bathroom. Washer/dryer upstairs.

The townhouse has been renovated with tile and granite throughout.

Private fenced in yard on the beach side to keep Fido in.

Walking distance to Pier Park (1 mile)
Grocery/liquor store and CVS right across the street. Restaurants also in walking distance.

Pets are allowed with a one time pet fee ($199/pet) (Dogs are not allowed on the beach except at the dog beach park next to the pier. There is also a great dog park at Frank Brown Park 1.4 miles away).

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The home was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed, which made settling in easy. There was plenty of space for our family to relax and feel comfortable. The location was ideal and made getting around a breeze. We would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful time at this house! The view is amazing! The house was clean and even ready a little early so we could get in early. There were some minor maintenance issues but nothing that interfered with our stay. (Looked like water damage in the main bathroom where part of the ceiling was falling down). There were also small ants in one bedroom that showed up the night before we left. As someone who lived in Florida that’s just something that happens. We let the owner know and he was going to have it taken care of. Overall we had a wonderful time.

10 days and enjoyed every minute. Will definitely stay there again. We have been coming to Panama City beach for 30 years and this one of the best stays.

This was a really great place to stay. Our host was really helpful and answered all my questions immediately and completely. The accommodations were everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. The view from my room was amazing! Being right on the beach was perfection. I would absolutely recommend this property and pray I can come back!

Perfect location

We all absolutely loved staying here!! The location was spot on..Our only complaint was that we were only furnished 1 roll of toilet paper per couple, 1 roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags for a 6 night stay, we had to go buy more after we had spent close to 3,000 on the condo.

Thank you for your review Charlotte. I am so glad that you all enjoyed your vacation! I agree that the location and direct beach access are the best! All introductory communication states that we supply a starter set of paper goods and soaps. I'm not sure that I have ever been at a VRBO where they supplied much more than that. Luckily the grocery store is right across the street, so at least you didn't have to go very far. I will consider adding extra supplies for full week stays. I look forward to hosting you again in the future. Beth

The townhouse is very nice and we loved the down stairs bedroom. It's big and spacious! However, a dresser needs to be added so we have somewhere to put our close. The glass shelf made me nervous that I would accidentally break it! Please add a mirror in this bedroom as well and possibly one in the living room. The ice maker doesn't work and that was very frustrating for us to have to buy ice each day. When I asked about it, I was told not sure if it can be fixed but ice can be bought across the street. For what I paid for this house, I shouldn't have to buy ice each day. The light bulb in the fridge needs to be replaced as well. In the upstairs master bedroom, the electric sockets spark when a device is plugged into them. This should probably be fixed asap. The foliage at the bottom of the steps on the deck needs to be trimmed. It's a tripping hazard when walking up with beach items. All bathrooms need a plunger, we had to buy one. I'm not trying to discredit this house, it's really nice, right on the beach, spacious, and has a great view. But the items I listed above should be addressed before the next family rents this house to make it completely worth the money.

Excellent stay on the beach!

This is a well maintained property on the beach and family friendly, including pets. We had a great time, hanging out on the deck and just stepping down immediately on to the clean beach. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

Great pet stay and location

Comfy beds and great location! So close to dog park both on the beach and at Frank Brown. Nice deck area fenced in so the dogs can't run to the beach! No dogs are allowed on the beach except for Dog Beach...PCB rules. The location is away from the crowds but close to Pier Park and we went during Spring Break! Would love to book again soon!

Family vacation

Even though our time was cut short because of the hurricane all if us enjoyed our stay while we were there. You could walk a few steps and be on the beach. Great location and host responded quickly to any questions. We would love to stay at this property again!

Thanksgiving family vacation

Our stay was everything we could have hoped for! The house was beautiful & had everything we needed! The view and our very own “private beach” were amazing! The beds were comfortable. 3 full bathrooms were definitely a plus with 8 adults! We will definitely want to stay here again & again!

Thank you for your review Otis. The concrete was torn up by the city due to a water main break. We called them when we were there right after you left, and they were supposed to come out the following week to repair. I also put some cushion covers on that particular couch to make it look better. The rest of the couch, structure and the pull out part are still in fine condition so we hate to replace it yet. I'm really glad you enjoyed the condo and location. I look forward to hosting you again anytime! Beth

Great place with great communication :)

The property manager was amazing at communication and the property was really clean and exactly like the pictures. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation to anyone staying here would be to get up early and reserve a spot on the beach because the public access is very close and the beach fills up fast.

Our family is from St. Louis, Missouri. Extended family also have units in the area, so we enjoy spending time together. We also enjoy sharing our piece paradise with others.

The west end of PCB is a little bit quieter and a little less crowded, but close enough that you can get to the action pretty quickly if you want to.
