Calypso 1601 west is the only floorplan at Calypso that features a wrap around balcony, enjoy breathtaking views of the Sugar white beach, Emerald Water, and the views of the Pier and sunsets. The views from this condo are simply unmatched at the premiere resort in Panama City Beach.

The condo is equipped with all the modern amenities that you would expect- high speed internet/ wifi, flat screen tvs in living area and both bedrooms. Thoughtfully stocked kitchen with all the essentials. This is the Largest, most expansive floorplan at Calypso and the only floorplan that features the large Kitchen Island, perfect for casual meals and together time with the cook!.

The living, dining area is graciously appointed with custom touches throughout, and the sofa can be converted to a queen/full size pullout for extra guests.

The lavish master suite has direct access to the balcony and enjoys commanding views of the gulf from the comfortable king size bed. The bedroom is appointed with high thread count sheets, flat screen TV, dresser, and en suite bath that features dual vanities, soaking tub, and separate stand up shower.

The guest bedroom enjoys a very comfortable queen size bed, dresser, flat screen TV and DVD player and immediate access to the guest bath with tub/shower.

1601 also features a large laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay very, very much. We had great views from the condo, and it was very comfortable. The check-in and checkout process was very very simple. We will look at staying there again in the future.

Beautiful condo!

We absolutely loved our entire stay. There was only a couple issues with the condo but for us it wasn’t a big deal. The dishwasher didn’t work so we just had to hand wash dishes. It would have been great to have smart tv’s so we could login to Netflix, Hulu ect during storms but again, wasn’t a big deal. We would definitely stay there again and again. It was an amazing condo with great views. Felt like home.

Beautiful condo! Great location!

We had never been to PCB so we didn't know what to expect. Wow...did this condo and location exceed any and all expectations!! I honestly can't say enough great things about this booking. The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. The location couldn't have been more perfect (very close to Pier Park, Margaritaville, Pompano Joe's, the 1500 ft pier and so much more). The complimentary beach chairs on the private beautiful beach was a great addition as well. The property has 2 big pools, fitness center, and a small store on-site. The staff at the front desk are very nice and helpful. Communication with Warren Beach Rentals was fast and informative. Easiest booking and check-in we've ever experienced. Our next trip to PCB will definitely be this exact condo with Warren Beach Rentals. You won't regret booking with this company! We have told all our friends!
