"Pier Pressure" is located on the 18th Floor of the West Tower which offers extensive views of the Gulf, sand bars and the different hues of the turquoise waters of Gulf. If you want to see dolphins and rays, you will definitely want to stay with us. The beautiful display of playfulness from the marine life is perfectly captured from our large wrap around balcony which is accessible both through the living area and the master suite.

Owners have spared no expense on completely rehabbing this large 1446 sq ft end unit with wraparound balcony. Located across from Pier Park. This is not your typical 2 bedroom unit at Calypso. Much bigger and more windows and a wrap around balcony.

Welcome to "Pier Pressure" ~ where you will be pampered by the upscale furnishings and the incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from multiple angles, and windows. Sliding glass doors in the living area as well as the Master Suite for private access to the over-sized balcony. Ample windows for amazing views from every room and plenty of natural lighting bathe this beautiful unit.

We offer two bedrooms, each with a King bed and a sofa Sleeper, this unit can sleep 6

Calypso is the best location on the beach. Leave your car behind and avoid traffic - you can walk everywhere! Located across the street from Pier Park, you can shop, eat watch a movie and enjoy everything Pier Park has to offer without needing a car. That is why Calypso, the most colorful and one of the newest buildings on the beach is so popular.

Parking: handled through the Calypso Resort Parking, Effective January 10th 2025 cost is $60 per car per stay with a max of 2 vehicles. Fees are subject to change per the HOA.

Must be 25 or older to reserve. Primary renter must be staying at property. No Pets, No smoking or vaping.

Great stay, again.

This is a beautiful unit. It’s our second time staying in this unit and we will back. Great location on the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The living room mat should be replaced however this does not take away from our five star rating.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️1st & definitely not last! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our 5th year of doing PCB for the week around Labor Day. It was BY FAR the best experience! The host: Great communication and simple instruction on who, what, when and where. I never had to reach out for help during the stay, it was all laid out for us. The condo: Beautiful. Period. Comfortable accommodations with all the amenities you would need to make a home away feel like a home stay. The views from the balcony are wonderful and the furniture allows you to sit in comfort for hours to enjoy. The property: I have to say this is the first property we have stayed that provided everything we could possibly need without having to leave. The pools are great, the tiki bar is great, the food from the cafe is great. I think the thing that stood out to my wife and I the most was the cleanliness of the facilities. There was always someone cleaning. Overall: 5 stars are not enough. We will be booking again. Maybe twice a year now!

GREAT STAY @ 1801 CALYPSO WEST❗️❗️❗️

My family and I stayed here the 2nd week of August 2024 and it was a pure delight ! The room was superb and had all the amenities a family could ask for . Also having the X-Large balcony that wrapped around the side of the room due to it being an end room was just perfect ! I would recommend this room to anyone! Best room we’ve stayed at in Calypso to date! Will definitely be back in the future!!!

Great Condo!!!

Condo was great - clean/tastefully decorated; well-stocked w/kitchen tools, towels, & beach wagon & chairs. Bldg & parking deck access wonderful. Only issue - so many beach tents in front of rental beach chairs, it was super difficult to see ocean. Not a great view from the sand. The balcony was great though!

Beautiful and Clean with a Great View

This condo was very clean and had plenty of room. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything imaginable that you would need for cooking. The view was beautiful. We don't have ANY complaints. Being on the 18th floor, the elevators were not even a pain. We rarely had to wait for them.

Gorgeous Yet Comfortable

Pier Pressure at Calypso will not disappoint! The location is perfect as it is near the Pier, shopping, restaurants and of course, right on the beach! This was our 4th trip to PCB and our favorite condo of all the others! Views are spectacular - we saw dolphins a few times and stingray’s. One group of baby dolphins stayed and played in the gulf for quite awhile. The condo is newly renovated and everything feels brand new. It smelled so good when we entered and it was spotless! The kitchen seemed sparse at first but it had everything we needed! We cooked breakfast and lunch each day in between trips to the pool and beach. I was amazed at how the cleaning crew was on-site at the bathrooms and hallway leading to the pool! It made it nice and easy to go to the pool. I very much appreciated the excellent communication from Mitch and his team. We had everything we needed and all questions were answered in the cover email and closing email. It made it so easy to check in and out! The only thing I did not love (but I can see why other people might) is the chair service at the beach. You much go to the group handling the chairs and get assigned a chair for the entire stay. If your entire group is not together the first time you go there, you will not get seated together. Personally, I would prefer if the chairs were placed and people could just use them as they wished each day. Otherwise, there were a ton of chairs not being used but others could not use them either. I’m sure this costs extra - I would get rid of this annoyance!

Calypso 1801 W Pier Pressure

The unit was very clean, decorated nicely and well stocked as described. Communication was consistent. This is one of the best and most spacious units at calypso. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect place for our vacation!

The property was nice and clean and exactly what we were looking for!! Great view and large balcony. Must get to the beach early to get good spot, if you want to be right in front of the water. Great place, would definitely go back!!
