A guided walk through the space:
The front door opens to a large great room with a high ceiling, with overhead lighting throughout. On the right is a private seating area with full views of the Santa Catalina Mountains. The large L-shaped couch seats 9 comfortably for viewing the 62 inch TV. Large glass French Doors open out to the rear patio with the large pool and spa complete with waterfall. The back patio also has a ping-pong table and a corn hole game for your entertainment. The pool lounge chairs are a perfect location for watching the colorful Arizona sunsets.

Next to the great room is the gourmet kitchen with large picture windows. Enjoy the sweeping mountain views while cooking up your favorite dishes on the 6 burner Miele range, with all pots, pans and baking pans provided. The kitchen is complete with a Miele refrigerator/freezer and a Miele dishwasher. Serve your beautifully delicious creations on the Ethan Allen table in the dining room, which seats 8 comfortably.

Next to the kitchen you will find the breakfast room complete with a counter height breakfast table and full coffee and tea service. Out the French doors of the breakfast room takes you to the front courtyard with a gas BBQ and a full dining table that seats 9 comfortably. Dine under the string fairy lights while watching the shadows from the sunset dance on the mountains.

The stairs off the kitchen lead you to the upstairs Master Suite. Here you will find the master bedroom with its King bed which opens up onto a balcony with stunning views of the mountains. Relax in the comfortable bed while watching TV, or enjoying the view. Outdoor seating is provided for a relaxing quiet space any time of day. The Suite also has a separate full walk-in closet and a full bath. The Master Bathroom has a walk-in shower and a soaking tub, where you can luxuriate while looking at the mountains. Additionally, the upstairs suite includes a full private office with doors and a 52 inch TV. This is your private space for remote work with full size executive table and printer. The Euro-lounger couch in the office converts to a flat twin size bed. Both the Master bedroom and the Office include additional mini-split Air Conditioners to assist in the summer heat load in the upstairs area for maximum temperature control.

The additional 3 bedrooms are off the great room, down 3 stairs and a short hallway. The 2nd Suite with Queen 4 poster bed has French Doors out to the pool and overlooks the desert plantings. This bedroom has a private ensuite bathroom and a full walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom featuring a Queen bedroom and the 4th bedroom with 2 twin beds share a jack-and-jill bathroom with walk-in shower. Both bedrooms have mountain views. The final room in the guest wing is the laundry room, complete with full size washer and dryer along will all detergents and supplies.

A ping-pong table and corn hole game are provided for your entertainment on the back patio. Additionally, cards, board games and puzzles are provided for your use and stored on the shelves in the lower bedrooms. A variety of books are available in the lower bedrooms and the office. The books include children's, Young Adult, cookbooks, garden, birding, and local guide books.
