Our group really enjoyed our time here! If you’re looking for a quiet beach, this is the place to go. The house is spacious and the lofted bedroom gives an extra level of privacy up the spiral staircase. We appreciated the beach supplies that the host provided as well. Amy was responsive and helpful on the couple of little things we messaged about. Would stay here again!

The beach was just a short walk away. We appreciated the house had some beach chairs available and it was a much more enjoyable experience compared to driving like we’d done in the past. Only a couple other people on the beach so we had a great time!

Loved our stay here in Fort Morgan! Very peaceful area of the beach and loved how it is walkable to Sassy Bass. Had all the amenities you could ask for and plenty of space. Host was very responsive.

Great communication with the host however by the time you get to your rental it is not like you can change many of the things that were described differently than they actually were. The entire vacation rental was way smaller than pictured on VRBO and the stairs were extremely dangerous to walk up/tiny/almost broken. Everything was clean, but just very small space for 12 adults. . Grill was not a modern grill like we thought, it was old and very rusty. All of the chairs/wagon were broken. AC did not work well upstairs. No pull out bed, only a couch upstairs and downstairs. The house did come plenty stocked with household items though , so that was good.

Amazing time with our family for a weekend beach trip. The space was comfortable and we felt right at home. We had our 2 toddlers and our dog and it was great. Loved all of the baby items and games. The sandbox was a big hit for our 3 year old. The house is very close to the beach so it was easy to hop over for short trips. Love that the restaurant and shop were right next to us too.
