Come down to Cape and enjoy our spacious home with a large yard waiting for you.
This house offers a large living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, and a full bath on the first floor. The finished basement offers another living room, a large bedroom with bunk beds, two twin beds, and a half bath. There is also a large deck with a grill and an outdoor shower.
We are located next to Wequaquet Lake (654 acres) with a private path that provides access to the lake. You can also take a 4 minute walk to Wequaquet Lake Beach. We have two kayaks and small dinghy for your enjoyment.
The famous Craigsville Beach is located less than 3 miles away. For rainy days the mall and movie theatre is located 3 miles away. If you want to hop on the ferry to Islands, no problem Main Street Hyannis is approximately 4 miles away. Enjoy the great local restaurants and ice cream shops just minutes away. To many activities to list.
Great location next to beautiful lake. Clean and comfortable. The yard is also very large and well landscaped. We didnât spend a lot of time at the house due to so many other activities in the area but it was very pleasing at the end of longs days and night to sleep and unwind in a comfortable house.
We were here for a wedding. 4 adults, was supposed to be 5. Although the house sleeps six, I think 5 adults would have been tight, the dining table seats 4. Pictures are accurate. A little dark inside, but great outdoor deck and yard. House is on a busy road, and we had issues backing in the truck and car. Clean. Host very communicative.
This was our first family trip to Cape Cod. This house has a great location, just across the street from a private path to the lake. We enjoyed the kayaks and dinghy that were provided and the back deck. The house was OK. We arrived and there was no key in the lockbox as stated it would but the owner answered our call right away and addressed the problem. Upon entering the house, we were met with an overwhelming cleaning smell. The house was generally clean except for the window sills and some cobwebs under furniture. Some ants and sprikets, unfortunately. The two bedrooms were fine; mattresses were comfortable enough. The basement beds were hard so our kids ended up all together in the king bed while my husband and I took the queen. Having the washer and dryer was nice. The front windows would have been nice to look out of, but they were damaged, so we couldn't see out. Shower water pressure and temperature weren't great either. I would say the house was adequate but, unfortunately, underwhelming for a vacation experience.
We had a great stay at this home and plan to stay again. Located across the street from a lake. Perfect for fishing with kayaks included. The house has plenty of space. My son loved having the finished basement to himself and friend. Outside there are yard games, a grill, nice deck with a fire pit perfect for sâmores. The house had all that we needed in addition to AC, internet and cable tv. Close to Hyannis. It was perfect.
We had a wonderful time staying at the house in Centerville. Quick drive to a beautiful beach and the lake beach was just across the way. We could walk over with the little kids and enjoy a shaded beach with a fun and safe place to swim and for the kids to meet other kids and play. Owner was incredibly responsive and helpful. Canât wait to book again!
This house is a great place to come home to after a long day at all of your favorite Cape sites, and equally well suited for a lazy day relaxing in your PJs
For a family of four, this house had more than enough room for us to spread out for personal time, but was also perfect for when we came together in the living room, dining nook or on the back porch, for cozy family times.
The house is clean, tidy, and airy. There were so many games for family game nights. The kitchen, though not huge, was well suited for a big pancake breakfast. The grill and deck were perfect for a delicious steak dinner.
The location was great for venturing out to our favorite spots. The lake seemed beautiful and access was very close, but we didnât have time to explore it as we would have liked.
Communication with the host was easy, prompt and always helpful
If you need a home away from home for your trip next trip to the Cape, I donât think that you can go wrong with this wonderful home.
