Lakefront (Wequaquet), maison construite sur mesure Famille avec 2 536 pieds carrĂ©s de surface habitable sur un terrain de 24 000 pieds carrĂ©s. Cette maison a une avant vers l'arriĂšre salle de sĂ©jour avec cheminĂ©e, panneaux soulevĂ©s et un den digne avec une cheminĂ©e en granit, plafonds cathĂ©drale, et une grande cuisine avec de nouveaux appareils (table de cuisson induction) avec un petit dĂ©jeuner salle Ă  manger familiale avec de grandes fenĂȘtres avec la vue de le lac. Trois salles de bains rĂ©novĂ©es en 2014. Les trois niveaux sont Ă©quipĂ©es de systĂšme de climatisation centrale. En Ă©tĂ©, le soleil brille sur ce lot toute la journĂ©e, et des vues spectaculaires sont Ă©vidents dans toute la maison toute l'annĂ©e. Un 2Ăšme Ă©tage gĂ©nĂ©reux et une tentaculaire, fini sous-sol dĂ©brayage avec cinq piĂšces dont 3 chambres, une 2Ăšme cuisine complĂšte, une salle de bain complĂšte, et Patio. Le lac est le plus grand Ă  Cape Cod et est idĂ©al pour diffĂ©rentes activitĂ©s sportives de l'eau (natation, pĂȘche, bateau de vitesse, ski nautique, jet ski). Vous pouvez vous baigner dans le lac juste en face de la cour. Deux minutes Ă  pied de beaux courts de tennis et plage de sable pour les enfants. Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful two weeks on Lake Wequaquet. The house was big and accommodating and had all of the supplies that we could possibly need. Marie was wonderful to deal with and we hope to come back to stay again next year.

August vacation

We had a wonderful vacation spending much of our time on the lake but also visiting some of the beautiful beaches in Centerville. Marie was always available if I had any questions and she is exceptionally helpful, warm and friendly. We are hoping to stay at her lovely home again next year!!!

We had a very nice stay at Marie's home. Plenty of space for everyone to have their own bedroom, and the common areas were perfect for us to spend time together. The lake views were beautiful! Marie was absolutely wonderful to deal with throughout the process.

A Perfect Vacation!

We rented this lovely, large, comfortable house for a week while we enjoyed a family reunion. Perfect location, secluded and quiet, yet easily accessible from Routes 6 or 28. We enjoyed swimming, fishing, and kayaking from our backyard dock. Gorgeous sunsets from the large back deck. Updated amenities and plenty of kitchen supplies. Marie was a lovely host and answered all of our many questions before our arrival. Best Cape vacation ever!

Great location, spacious and wonderful hosts!

I can't emphasize enough the prime location of this house! Swimming right off the dock, or enjoying the association beach just a short walk, kayak or swim away kept all 10 of us entertained for days! Wequaquet Lake is so clean and quiet! We brought our 21 ft speed. boat, and at times had the entire lake to ourselves, even at its busiest moments it felt like we had the run of the lake tubing and skiing. The house was great with all the amenities needed, Vanda Marie was a great host and was very responsive when we had any questions. We did venture out for one dinner out @ Tugboats (which we highly recommend) but other than that made and ate every meal at the house. The kitchen was well appointed, though could use some updates mostly the cupboards we found rather clunky. However there was plenty of room to work and access to all kinds of pots, pans, mixing bowls, serving dishes and utensils. The deck space outside was great also, and we all were shocked we didn’t encounter any mosquitoes that whole week! Overall, the layout of this house is fantastic, very open and spacious with bedrooms on each floor. The beds were comfortable and the linens provided were of great quality. The downstairs, basement area was a great space for the older kids, they had their own living room, bedrooms and a bathroom. The ping pong table also got a lot of use! As you can expect being right by the lake, the basement was pretty musty but there were two dehumidifiers running that helped and the kids weren’t bothered by it at all. The air conditioning was great on all three levels and we were very comfortable the whole week! We would certainly rent this house again!

Centerville Stay Deserves Center Stage!

The home located on the lake is an ideal setting for relaxation and family time. The house was much larger than we required but had many special features, such as a large deck for outdoor dining, kayaks and a very close beach restricted to use only by owners of this community. Our granddaughter loved digging and swimming at the lake beach, and all of us took turns with the kayaks on the lake. We also enjoyed the activities of the Cape nearby, we did recreational clamming, visited the nature preserves and the ocean beaches.. The house is a well loved home, but with everything needed to create a great cape adventure. We highly recommend this property!

Winderful Lakefront

Very spacious house right on the lake. The views from the house and large deck are awesome. Easy access to the water from the dock and yard. And the hosts are super nice and helpful!

Perfect Place for Vacation

Very spacious, nice house, plenty of rooms, a nice ping pong table and great lakeside access. We enjoyed kayaking with the kayaks the owners let us use on the lake and loved the hammock that's right in the backyard. We loved having breakfast on the deck with a beautiful view of the lake. The location was great too because the place is close to beaches and most other towns in cape cod. The house is also close to shopping centers which is a plus too.

Wonderful HUGE waterfront home

A group of friends gathered here for a girls weekend getaway. We had plenty of space to sleep with lots of privacy (bedrooms are spread among 3 floors). The driveway was large enough to accommodate many cars, which was an added bonus. We spent one evening having a meal prepared in our kitchen by a professional chef. The food was effortlessly made and set up in a perfect way to enjoy indoors and out on the expansive decks. A few of us used the kayaks around sunset, and all of us (I think we were 15) gathered at the dock for a photo. The dock easily held all of us. I would absolutely return here and recommend this home for large groups of friends or for several families to enjoy some time on Cape Cod!

Well situated, comfortable property!

Our family of 14 thoroughly enjoyed this lovely home on the lake. We have always stayed at a place on the ocean so this was a change for us and we were a bit leery to be on a lake but it turned out to be great. The lake beach is an easy 5 minute walk and the ocean is a short drive. Plenty of beach sand to enjoy and the raft was fun for all. The house itself was very clean and well stocked with supplies. Since we are a large group, we eat in for all our meals and there is plenty of room for multiple cooks. It took a bit to figure out the cook top but once we did we were off and running! The 3 refrigerators worked out well and we stored all the cold drinks in one of them which meant the main fridge was left closed so the food stuff stayed cold and fresh. The back deck was the scene for our evening cocktails and appetizers and we ate every evening meal outside - no bugs, either! We had family ping pong tournaments and the tennis courts were a boon. Close to a big name grocery store so that wasn't a hassle as traffic on the Cape can be fearsome. We opted not to have Marie provide linens because there was no way we could have washed everything and be out by the allotted time (if I recall correctly there was an extra charge to have the owners wash linens and towels upon departure). The only drawbacks were the dock, which needs to be reinforced because it is not safe for more than 1 or 2 people to walk on carefully and the sofa bed mattress which was very uncomfortable. Perhaps a good mattress topper would help the situation. All in all, we were very pleased with this property and would rent again. The 4 star rating is due because of the sofa bed and dock condition, otherwise this property is 5 star!

Best house to meet everyone's needs!

We rented the home for the week of July 4th along with 8 of our friends who get together every two years for a reunion. This was by far the best house we've rented. The house is beautifully located on Wequaquet Lake only 10 minutes or so from the Hyannis.The three levels accommodated us wonderfully and there was plenty of room for get-togethers and private time. There was plenty of room for family dinners in both the kitchen and living room and the main living room was cozy. The owners were welcoming and made sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely be requesting another week in 2017. Minor suggestions for improvements would be a large electric griddle and/or baking sheets. We didn't love the induction stove and some of the pots and pans didn't seem to work with it, but the positives (like plenty of room, 3 fridges and AC) far outweighed the negatives.

Beautiful large home in a spectacular setting.

Our family has been gathering at this cozy large home for several summers. It is right on Lake Wequaquet with a sandy beach and 2 tennis courts a short walk away through a beautiful neighborhood. Many shops, restaurants, the grocery store, fish market, the quaint village of Centerville and Craigville Beach are minutes away. The Lake is very clean and provides many activities for all...fishing, swimming & boating...and the perfect spot for viewing the setting sun ! The yard is spacious so throwing a football or a frisbee is easy to do. The 3 levels in the house offer space with privacy. The main level has a modern eat-in kitchen with an island, a large dining area and spacious living room all overlooking the lake through large windows. Both the kitchen and a den have sliding doors that open to a large deck. It is so nice to have linens and many other items provided by the very nice owners. The three full baths have all recently been remodeled. This family vacation is the highlight of the year for us and we look forward to continuing the tradition for many years to come! We couldn't imagine a better spot !

Lovely and Affordable Rental

What a beautiful spot and so convenient to everything! The property is absolutely beautiful and tucked in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. There is plenty of room for family and friends, any given night we had 9-12 people staying and there was space for everyone. The layout of the house is spectacular, and is set up so that each room is secluded from the others, with only 2 bedrooms on each floor of living space. We are already planning our return trip for next season!
