Cozy Lakeside Cottage w/ Lake Access

Welcome to our Cozy Lakeside Cottage, where the sunrise and sunset views will keep you excited to drink morning coffee on the large deck to sipping cool drinks for evening sunsets and watching the surrounding wildlife. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. In the town of Lago Vista, you'll find an endless array of water sports, hiking trails, golf, wineries and more! We are approximately 45 minutes from downtown Austin.

You'll pull up to ample parking with large driveway and covered carport. There is also additional parking on the gravel on the sides of the driveway.

Head inside to find a relaxing open space. The kitchen includes an island with bar stool seating, lots of cabinet/countertop space with toaster and coffee maker.

Adjoining the kitchen in the open space is a 6-person dining table and chairs (2 extra chairs available), a sofa including a pull-out queen sleeper, and back doorway out to the large deck. There is outdoor seating with a charcoal grill and string lights for the evenings!

The master bedroom includes a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. Our two guest rooms both include a queen size bed and share the hallway bathroom. We also have a pullout couch with a queen size bed in the living room. Central A/C, free WiFi, washer/dryer, and fully equipped kitchen and outdoor grill (must bring charcoal).

This home has all of the features you need to have a comfortable and convenient stay!

Sleeps up to 8 people with the pullout couch. Two twin foam floor mattresses available.

Pets considered with paid pet fee prior to check in. Guest must disclose pets and pay pet fee prior to arrival (2 pets maximum allowed).

STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night.

WiFi is provided as a convenience; There are no refunds for outages of WiFi.
