Stroll Main Street, hit the slopes at Breckenridge Ski Resort, and return to this striking home away from home in minutes.

The Space:
This cozy home offers up the warmth and comfort of a classic cabin while its phenomenal location provides easy access to all of the entertainment, dining, and recreation options that Breckenridge has to offer. As you enter, you will find a roomy bench and ample hooks that invite you to unload your gear and make yourself at home.

From there, you can continue into the spacious and striking living area with its tall ceilings, abundant windows, and a stone, wood-burning fireplace that serves as a stately focal piece for the room. Settle in on the generous and plush sectional or nestle into one of two armchairs and unwind while taking in the fire’s warmth. A flat-screen TV equipped with streaming options sits above a console full of games, which you can set up on the roomy coffee table that rounds out this fabulous space.

Thanks to this home’s open-concept layout, you will find the charming dining area, with a table that seats six, just a short distance away, should you require more space to tackle a puzzle or take on your loved ones in a game. A door to the backyard between the dining and living areas allows you to step outside, take in some green space, do some stargazing, and feel the restorative power of some fresh mountain air.

Head up the stairs and find two more tranquil bedrooms, including a fun bunk room located just at the top of the stairs. Two twin-over-twin bunks outfitted in classic decor, a dresser, and a lamp round out this charming space that will delight kids and teens. A full bathroom is located nearby and features a single-sink vanity and a shower/tub combo.

Finally, you will be delighted by the restful oasis that is the master suite, with its pitched ceiling, luxurious king-size bed, matching nightstands and bedside lamps, dresser, armchair, flat-screen TV, and full, en suite bathroom. A roomy dual-sink vanity boasts natural light and plenty of space while the separate toilet/shower closet features a spa-like shower, which is fully tiled and comes complete with a bench and sliding glass door.

You are just 4 minutes drive - or 13-minute walk - from the Breck Connect Gondola at Breckenridge Ski Resort, so you can hit the slopes with no trouble at all. You can also explore the historic Main Street area with its numerous breweries, shops, and restaurants within minutes from your front door. Hop on the FREE Main Street Trolley and bask in the beautiful mountain setting of this historic mining town turned iconic resort destination.

Getting Around:
This home's incredible placement in the heart of Breckenridge means you can walk just about everywhere. There are also two bus stops on the FREE Breck Free Ride bus system within steps of this home at French & Jefferson and French & Adams Streets. The Breck Free Ride buses connect you to multiple lines that can take you all around Breckenridge and its neighboring towns of Dillon, Silverthorne, and Frisco. Uber/Lyft are also always available.

Other Things to Note:
Please note that, like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C.

Note that the pull-out sofabed is the sleeping arrangement for the 9th and 10th person.

Family Fishing and Hiking Trip

Great access to downtown and worked very well for our family (7 in our party; 2 couples and 4 20 somethings). Place was clean and as advertised. Had a great vacation fly fishing several nearby rivers and enjoyed the Hoosier Pass hike!

We stayed at this location because we had an art show in the Main Street Station area. It was so easy to walk to so we did not have to worry about parking. We would stay there again.

Location was perfect for our activities and quiet. Number of rooms and bathrooms worked well for our group although the shower head in the master bath was so poor no one wanted to use it. Toilet paper was sparse and rough. Hand soap was even more sparse. Only one small disc of soap in each bathroom for shower and sink. The kitchen had no hand soap only dish soap. The kitchen was nice size but could be better equipped. Place settings and glassware were good. The only large fry pan was a rusted cast iron - a challenge for scrambled eggs. A grater and some mixing bowls would be helpful. Also an 8x8 pan for baking would be useful. We cooked all our meals. We also ran out of paper towels. The faucet in the sink only has a spray function and it was hard to keep water from going all over. Stove, refrigerator, etc were good. When I opened the wooden blinds two of the valances fell on my head. I couldn’t reattach them. Overall we all enjoyed our time there. I think that with a few easy and inexpensive upgrades it would have been a five star stay.

Spacious and clean

This was a great place for a family trip. Close to town and not far from the slopes. The condo was clearly well cleaned and all the amenities available worked properly. We would happily stay here again on future trips. Thank you.

Great Place To Stay

We really enjoyed the accommodations. It worked well with our family, each having their own space (& bathroom)! The location was so convenient to Main St and all of the restaurants & shops. It is also easy to get to the Gondola for skiing if you choose. The ability to have two vehicles parked at the condo (1 in a garage!) was also very convenient. The place had everything needed to make a good home base for the week. Definitely would consider booking again.

Xmas 2014 Breck

Great location! The whole family loved the condo. More spacious than expected. Beds all very comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked - easy to cook and serve dinner. Very close to shuttle which took us to Beaver Run very efficiently. We did not decide to walk to Peak 9, but it looked close enough. We walked downtown every evening ... that was the key benefit of this location.

Family Vacation

This town house is in the perfect location: quiet neighborhood yet very close to Main Street where you can find lots of shopping, activities, and delicious restaurants. A plus for us was the garage. It snowed the entire time we were in Breckinridge, but we never had to worry because our car was protected in the garage versus being parked on the street and covered in snow. We had no trouble getting out either as our driveway and walkway to the house was always shoveled and easy to enter and exit. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely be back!

The VRBO is in a great location, two blocks off Main Street, so close to everything but still quiet. The bedrooms are spacious and we all felt we had plenty of space.

Great Condo, close to Main St. and the ski lift!

The condo was perfect for what we needed. It was about a 5 minute walk to the ski lift and even closer to Main St. where most of the shops and restaurants are located. I had a couple of questions for the host during our stay that were answered promptly. The bunk beds were great for our kids and the master bedroom was very roomy. There is a detached garage as well as on street parking. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Perfect Location

Easy to get to and from Gondola lot to get up to Peak 7 and 8. Just a few blocks from the main street for food and shopping. Would stay here again! We had a total of 8 on our trip, 6 were our kids & their significant others ranging from 21 - 25 yrs old. Beds were comfortable, master bath was the perfect set up. Plenty of kitchen ware available for use. Nate was quick to respond upon our arrival. Highly recommend.

Fantastic place, walk to everywhere, right in the heart of Breck!

We had a 3 generation guys weekend, ages 13-63. This place was perfect, fit all our needs. I don't ski as much as the others, so walking around town was perfect for me, while they skied. I highly recommend it!

Perfect Location

Very cute property just blocks from Main Street. Easy access to the slopes! You can’t beat the location. Property manager Nathan was very responsive and took care of all questions immediately. Would stay here again.

Great location and very spacious. Only 2 negatives - new pillows would be nice. They are flat. And please tell guests they have to get starter logs to light the fire. Otherwise, a great place and wonderful location.

Misleading

We rented this property based on the description provided, unfortunately we were very disappointed. The tv service was nonexistent, the heat was preprogrammed and we froze most of the weekend, the fireplace didn't put out heat, we were only provided one towel per person our entire stay and no one shoveled the sidewalks during our stay- we had 6 inches of snow the day we arrived- it was difficult to navigate around the snow and ice.
