✹ A noise monitoring device is located on the premises to measure noise levels. Please be rest assured that it is not recording your conversations.
✹ This property includes a hot tub outside. Please understand that since the hot tub is outside in the garden, some leaves or debris from nature may fall into the hot tub. Rest assured that we do hot tub maintenance weekly and we remove all debris after every reservation. However, some debris may fall into the hot tub after we have cleaned it. Our hot tub maintenance team will stop by once per week to clean the hot tub and provide any necessary maintenance. They may stop by whenever you are at the property. Please understand this is necessary to maintain the hot tub in good/healthy conditions for our guests. They will only be working outside and will not disturb you.
✹ There is a small apartment unit at the very back of the property lot that is rented out by a long-term tenant. The apartment is not attached to this house, it is completely separate and will not affect your stay at all. Since the apartment shares the same driveway gate, you may see the tenant coming into his apartment. He is not allowed to park on the driveway so you might see him walking by, but please do not worry about it. Also, he does not live there permanently and only comes in occasionally. PLEASE DO NOT ENTER OR TRY TO ENTER THAT BACK APARTMENT UNIT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This home resides in a peaceful neighborhood. Should you need anything during your stay, with just a 3 to 5-minute drive, you'll find plenty of practical amenities such as supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, gyms, and retail stores, for a more convenient stay.

✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for a maximum of 4 vehicles on the driveway. Street parking is not allowed.

The best way to get around the neighborhood is by vehicle. There is parking space on the driveway (4 cars). NO parking on Wheeler Ave, NOT EVEN TEMPORARILY. MAX 4 CARS AT ALL TIMES.
This property is also conveniently located close to the METRO system (bus and light-rail transportation). You can use your phone GPS to find the best METRO route. Finally, you can always use UBER or other ridesharing platforms to move around
