Glamorous Palm Springs Villa with strong ties to Old Hollywood. Once owned by Sonny & Cher. Very private walled and gated estate in The Mesa neighborhood - a quiet residential hideaway nestled along the base of the San Jacinto mountains. This is not a house that is set up for children. Each bedroom (except the primary) enters & exits to either the pool or to the front of the house. The bedrooms are not connected. This is why we do not allow children. Gorgeous center courtyard with a large pool (optional pool heating can be purchased for $70/night), alfresco dining, and a living area with a fireplace and a daybed. Spa. Outdoor shower. Built-in BBQ grill. Ping Pong Table. Up to 2 dogs under 50lbs are allowed for a $100 (plus city TOT Tax) pet fee per dog. There is electric car charging available; Tesla owners need to bring their own adapter
The Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of arrival. No more than 5 cars at or near the property. No outdoor music or amplified sounds. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 10am. No glitter or confetti. No nails, thumbtacks, or staple holes in walls. Only painter’s tape is allowed on walls & ceilings. Any violation of these rules will result in additional charges or fines and immediate termination of your stay with no refund. All payments must be made 30 days before arrival to avoid cancellation of the reservation with no refund. NOTE: This is not a house that is set up for children.
