Asheville Rock Creek House: 10 min from downtown

Take a deep breath and enjoy peace and quiet in our Mountain home. Located 8 miles from downtown Asheville you can enjoy the comfort and privacy of your own home. This space is fantastic for families, as well as couples who want a restful retreat in the Blue Ridge Mountains. The homes' rock exterior was individually retrieved and placed by the original owner.

The space
Enter inside and take a few steps up the main level. To your left is a spacious living room with three large windows offering natural light and privacy as the house sits 50 yards off the road. Take your shoes off and get comfy on the couch to read, relax, or watch the smart TV. YouTube TV account is provided.

Off the living room is the kitchen and breakfast nook. The kitchen table seats 6 guests. A large pantry, full size fridge, and all the cooking basics are provided in the kitchen. Walk outside of the kitchen thru French doors and enjoy a quiet dinner on the patio in your own backyard.

Down the hall you will find all bedrooms. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo along with a new vanity and toilet. The master bedroom has a queen bed along with a private shower and sink. The second bedroom also has a queen bed. In the front room, you’ll find a FULL bunk bed that sleeps 4 people.

There is a pack and play and high chair available for use as well.

**Please note that the downstairs is not currently available. It is being remodeled. No one lives down there** If you are in need of laundry- please reach out for access to the washer and dryer**
Guest access
The guest will have access to all inside areas on the main level. They will also have access to all yard and driveway space at the property.
