2 BR condo. 1 min walk to the beach (#105)

Enjoy an amazing located 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom condo just across the street from the beautiful Old Orchard beach and walking distance from the PIER, RESTAURANTS, ARCADE.

CHECK IN: Check in time starts at 4:00pm. Check in instructions will be send 2 days prior check in.

CHECK OUT POLICY: Please note that check out time is at 10:00am on the designated date of check out.

QUITE HOURS: We want to ensure that all of our guest are enjoying their stay and ask that quite hours are observed from 11pm to 7:30 am.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING 🚭 IN THE UNIT AND OUTSIDE NEAR THE UNITS.

- Guest agree that they are responsible for any damage of their own properties and any injury of themselves inside and outside of the property.

- The Guest agrees to reimburse the owner for any damages or missing items for the duration they are occupants from the safety deposit and/or from their credit card if damage protection insurance was not purchased.

- No condo property such as bedspreads, pillows, blankets, towels, sheets, chairs, pots, pans, glasses, dishes or anything else are to be taken out of this condo to the beach or anywhere else. Please leave everything inside the unit.

- Upon check in, linens for each bed and a towel for each person will be available, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Please remember this is a BnB condo, not a hotel, in case you need more items you are more than welcome to bring them in.

-Renters are responsible for keeping the condo tidy, taking out the trash, washing the dishes and utensils before living. (Extra cleaning fee might apply if not followed). Maid and cleaning service are only provided when you depart unless otherwise requested for an additional cost.

-This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat it like your own home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action as soon as possible.
