You will have dinnerware, silverware, water and wine glasses, cookware, wine-opener, and other essential kitchen accessories. Laundry is located off the kitchen.

There are also plenty of seating arrangements with 2 standalone sunshades with 8 stools, 2 loungers for sunbathing, and a 4-piece patio dining set. Cozy up by the firepit in the backyard!

Recreational Room:
Incredible separate pole building w/20x32' finished for a recreation room that adjoins the deck & pool area. With an 85 inch TV, pool table, fireplace, full size fridge, and a 6-person dining table to late night games or chit chatting. This space is perfect for the night owls who want to enjoy movies, games and music without waking the rest of the group up sleeping in the house. You will also find a pair of 15" Bluetooth rechargeable speakers with LED lights! Few board games are provided for your enjoyment!

Guest Access:
Self check-in: Guests can access the house without needing the Host to be there. Any time after their designated check-in time on their arrival date, guests can conveniently gain access via a smart lock.

**** We are constantly maintaining and upgrading both the external and internal of the house to make sure our guests have the best experience.
