The apartment is cozy, spacious and it's decorated with colourful touches.
Trendy 'Kallio' district is within a walking distance.
Pasila station and the Mall of Tripla is less than a kilometer away.
Tram stop is located right next to the apartment. Helsinki city center is within a 20 min tram ride.

Delightfull little place

The fun, colorfull decoration and funky furinture greated warm ambience. The location is wonderfull, close enough to everything but on quiet street. We had a lovely stay and can recommend this further.

A perfect solution for one week

The apartment is located in a strategic position. Near Pasila railway & bus station and with tram and bus just outside the house. Quiet zone, the apartment is cozy and luminous. In front there is a park. Recommended!

Apartment with style!

I stayed with my partner for a couple of nights. The apartment was clean, has everything you need and is in a convenient location within short distance to the city centre by bus. Bus and tram stops are just 1 min away. I thought it was going to be noisy in the night but it was actually quiet and we had good rest. The building and the apartment itself are a bit old but Emilia has decorated it with thoughtful style and made it very charming. Emilia was very helpful, quick and responsive with communication. All in all, I'd recommend this apartment, specially to young couples who are looking for somewhere different.

Latter day hoppie pad

An interesting large studio. Faces into a park & the west sun. Eclectic decorating tastes. Plant lover. A good solid bed. 3rd floor apt but with elevator not made clear in description. Full eat in kitchen. Tram line just beneath apt will wake late sleepers. But line #3 takes one downtown effortlessly. Some problems retrieving key after dark even with headlamp. Bathroom not eqipped for large people. Small quarters but i didnt feel cramped. Overall good experience that could be made better with refinements

A real home from home! We loved how the personality of the owner showed through. We had everything we needed and enjoyed cooking for ourselves and eating at the kitchen table. The flat was pretty warm in August but there were several fans/air-conditioners that worked brilliantly. It was quite noisy outside, as it's a lively area and on a tram route, but it didn't keep us awake. The tram stops outside the apartment were really useful but we walked into Helsinki centre from here too.

Cute Homebase to Explore Helsinki From

The property is a cute apartment along the Line 3 tram/streetcar nestled in a quiet pocket a few mins walk from Pasila Station/Mall of Tripla. Me and my spouse found this a very convenient base to start the day from and come back to recharge at night. The communication with the host was amazing too, so I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a base to explore the city from.

Sympaattinen, värikäs ja viihtyisä koti

Täällä et koe olevasi vain majoittumassa, vaan nauttimassa elämyksistä. Ihania yksityiskohtia täynnä oleva keidas hyvällä paikalla. Mikroa ja tiskikonetta ei ollut, mutta kaikki muu löytyy - ja vähän yli! Vanha suositus!

Cozy apartment, convenient location

Apartment is nicely decorated and feels very homey. There are several nearby bus stops, so it was easy to reach the airport, city centre, Espoo. There is a nice park just on the other side of the road.

Very cozy apartment

The apartment is wonderful and our stay there was amazing. It is very well located, just next to a tram and bus stop, and it has all of the amenities that one could need. Besides, the communication with the owner is very clear and quick, which is great in case of a problem.

Decent apartment but far

Decent apartment, basic necessities. Elevator helps if you have big bags. Really Close to public transportation which was both necessary and great but still far to get anywhere.

Awesome flat with an awesome host

Emilia is a super host! Helping us with every question we had and providing places like grocery stores, cafés and bars. The flat had a lot of details and we felt like home. I would recommend it every time.

Ein wirklich tolles Apartment in Helsinki. Die Gastgeberin ist total freundlich. Die Wohnung war sauber und mit vielen süßen Details dekoriert. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht. Es war eine schöne Zeit dort.

Comfortable and appropriate

It was the start of my bike tourin Scandinavie. I stayed two nights. It was a comfortable appartement, with everything i needed. Tram just in front of the building which bought me in 10minutes to the center of the town. And a very easy part of the town. Jst everything i needed.

Amazing!

We had such a good time. It was so close to Linnamaki that we was able to enjoy 2 days at the park. The space was cozy and felt just like home. Many things were close by so shopping was not an issue. We would stay again when we are in town. I think only thing we would have liked was a bit more cushion on the bed but otherwise great place to rest your head a bit.

Alppilan pohjoisnurkan kaksio *(olo/makuuhuone + iso keittiö ruokailutiloineen) Alppipuistoa vastapäätä on 3. kerroksen persoonallisesti sisustettu huoneisto, jonka ikkunat antavat Viipurinkadulle ja Alppipuistoon. Majoittuminen oli mutkatonta ja asunto viihtyisä - suosittelen.
