The mattress on the beds aren’t very comfortable at all and The lazy river needs more tubes. Everything was great!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The best experience of this property was the exceptional view. The location was perfect and the layout great. We were very dissatisfied with the maintenance of the unit. The ice dispatcher is broken on the refrigerator , the unit needs a new refigerator, a new dish washer, pots and pans , toaster, Kurig Coffee Maker, and all the furniture is old and worn out. Most of the bar glasses have disappeared or gotten broken, the bed room fan lights do not work.

The floors were dirty. No blinds or curtains in the living room, Making it hard for the person sleeping on couch. The couch needs to be updated/dirty... The beds in the bedrooms need to be bigger. No enough room for 2 to sleep comfortably. We will not be staying there again...

Beach view was great, kitchen had everything needed when cooking, and rooms were clean and comfortable. Very spacious. Lazy river and indoor pool with hot tubs great!

Beautiful place to stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful condo. Very large and spacious. Awesome patio with great views of the beach. We loved the Lazy River. Our problem is when you have enough space for 14 people, there needs to be more larger pots for cooking big meals. We loved the large pantry. We never could connect to the internet which was a problem. Even with our little problems, we would definitely stay there again for a large group.

We gathered with 14 in our family. Views were amazing! We could view the water from all bedrooms . Beds were very comfy. Great location for anything we wanted to do or eat. On property Lazy river, pool and shore line was a big hit.

Overall we had a great time as always at Phoenix West condos. We have been coming to this location for ten years and every condo we stayed in (4 bedrooms) was perfect for our family. Beautiful condo

Fantastic Family Trip

I stayed in the condo with my multi-generation family. The property was nice with great gulf views. The location is okay, but you must drive to most places because there is not much within walking distance for food/entertainment.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of space and the view was great. The lazy river was relaxing and the kids enjoyed the pools (indoor/outdoor). We had some difficulty connecting to the network for tv/wifi but the host responded quickly to our email. Be sure to use the DirectTV remote for the tv . We would stay here again.

Our stay in July of 2023 was excellent. The property and amenities are great. Unit is beautiful. A few items are in need of repair or maintenance. Otherwise, perfect.

Amazing location, breathtaking views.

We had a family of 9 stay here and it was absolutely amazing!! We had plenty of room, the condo is very spacious and everyone had their own space and some privacy as each room has a full bathroom. There was also a hall bathroom, 5 total. Each room also has a small balcony and the main balcony overlooks the beach with breathtaking views both east and west. Overall we had a wonderful time and it was amazing. Highly recommend.

Orange Beach Vacation

The kids loved the water slide and the adults loved the lazy river. Had a little trouble regulating the air conditioning in the bedrooms, too cold/too hot and one bathtub drained slow, but maintenance fixed quickly. Definitely want to come back next year!

Family Vacation

We were there last year and decided to bring our family this year. There something that needs some repair. One bulb in the bathroom keep blinking so we took it out, some of the dresser are in need of knobs or some updating and the double bedroom needs a dresser. Just some update.

Very spacious and very nice layout out, but the condo was very dirty . We found potato chips under the edge of the bed in the master bedroom and dried up sandwich meat in the couch when we was putting the bed out . We had a great time in the condo ,but the cleaning of the condo needs major improvement

Great property, not the cleanest

The property is amazing with all the things to do on site and in the area. Beautiful view from the room. Plenty of space. My concerns were it wasn't very clean, we washed the floors ourself. Washer and dryer did not work well at all. Had to run both twice sometimes. Pods didn't work. The beds only had sheets, there were no blankets in the unit so bring blankets. Sofa sleeper was not comfortable.
