This studio unit is perfect for one to two guests who are looking for a great location in downtown Phoenix. The space has a couch so you can relax and lounge while watching your favorite Netflix show on TV. The unit also has a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining area. There is also a nice and clean bathroom with a shower and everything you need. The laundry area is located at the back of the property so if you are planning to stay longer, the place has everything you need.
This place was awesome for me! Would be great for a couple too! Super clean-and homy- close to downtown- great accommodating host and very responsive- will be back
The location was easy to access by car and very near downtown and encanto golf course. There were 8 similar units, all newly built or remodeled. Parking was easy safe and convenient. Comfortable bed. Big tv with streaming options. New kitchen. Host provided keurig coffee. I didnât understand the access process but that was my fault and the host responded immediately and walked me through it. I couldnât have been happier with my stay.
The house was cute inside and out everything worked perfectly fine, and the stay was cozy as staying at home. But the neighbors would get noisy some nights but not so bad for a house near the busy streets.
Great little place for a couple for a weekend get-away. Location was great other than occasionally loud neighbors. But nothing a little white noise from our phones couldnt fix. The property itself was lovely and easy to access and the owners were amazing at communicating.
As advertised, clean and comfortable. I didnât get check in instructions from the property manager in advance, but they promptly replied when I messaged them.
This place was just as described. As others have mentioned, we were happy with the cleanliness and the close proximity to the highway. We spent most of time out and exploring, so a comfortable and quiet place to reatreat to was exactly what was needed. Our only suggestion would be the addition of a few more towels, both bath towels and hand towels. If there was a hand towel in the bathroom, we missed it. And, my wife would've liked an additional towel to dry her hair after showering.
A clean studio unit that is close to downtown Phoenix and the convention center. The mile and a half walk to the convention center was easily done. There is a washer and dryer to use , the kitchen is clean and spacious. Lots of parking. There is hidden gem of an ice cream store a half a block away. I would stay again.
The studio was as advertised. Clean, with basic kitchen and supplies. Okay if youâre planning to eat out most meals, as kitchen could use a few additional items like a salad/mixing bowl, Icecream scoop, pizza cutter. We purchased a laundry basket and pitcher for lemonade and left them for the next renters. More than 2 bath towels would be nice, and hooks needed for hanging wet towels. Overall an ok place. Neighborhood looks rough, but it was quiet and parking in back was great. Check in confusing. Instructions for where to get the key are incorrect as the box is at the front not the back of the building. Seems like this would be easy to fix.
We traveled to town to enjoy a show at The Van Buren and catch up with some friends, and it was such a pleasant experience! We found that getting around downtown took 10-15 minutes, making everything feel so accessible. Upon arriving, I took the train from the airport and appreciated the short 15-20-minute walk to the house. The place was wonderfully clean and well cared forâit felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary dishes and utensils, making meal prep a breeze. I did need to extend my stay unexpectedly, and I truly appreciated the host's kindness in accommodating that despite some technical glitches. Their communication was excellent; they were always there to help with any questions I had. Overall, I had a lovely experience and would stay here again!
It seemed like everything we wanted to do was 10 minutes or less from this rental. It was clean and the location was super convenient for traveling all around town.
The location was okay. Although it is in the Downtown Area, the Downtown area of Phoenix is not walking friendly. The area was a bit sketchy; the chair on the porch was removed while we were there, cars we parked both ways on the street and cars drove over the front yard. We also ran out of paper products (toilet paper!) during our short stay and there were no replacements in the storage closet. There is a washer and dryer however, they are at the back and have to pay to use with coins, had to get American change. The water is not drinkable and I was not informed of this before we arrived. The bed was fairly uncomfortable and made the stay quite disappointing. The bed only came with two pillows and there were also no extra pillows in the closet. The kitchen was not as equipped as I'd like, there was no oil for cooking and could not get hot water from the kitchen sink. It was an okay stay but not as nice as we were expecting.
It is a comfortable apartment, but the location was not suitable for me as I was attending a conference. Commuting to the conference location was costly because I had to use Uber to attend the presentations early in the morning and at night.
Property was clean and decently sized for a studio. Host was responsive and not overtly demanding with check-in and check-out process. Location is convenient and close to downtown area and many attractions.
Everything was new or updated. Cute little unit. The linens smelled like fresh laundry and that is a huge plus for me. Who wants a pillow that smells like sweat?! Location was perfect for my work stay, easy on and off I-10. I always had a parking spot in the back and when I was short on quarters for laundry, a kind neighbor gave me 5 quarters for $1.00. The only recommendation would be a new washer and dryer, or containing it in a small shed or something. There was a loud, barking dog two doors down for a good portion of the evenings. Host was prompt with replies. I would stay here again.
