This studio unit is perfect for one to two guests who are looking for a great location in downtown Phoenix. Excellent spit

Great little place for a couple for a weekend get-away. Location was great other than occasionally loud neighbors. But nothing a little white noise from our phones couldnt fix. The property itself was lovely and easy to access and the owners were amazing at communicating.

Convenient and affordable stay

This place was just as described. As others have mentioned, we were happy with the cleanliness and the close proximity to the highway. We spent most of time out and exploring, so a comfortable and quiet place to reatreat to was exactly what was needed. Our only suggestion would be the addition of a few more towels, both bath towels and hand towels. If there was a hand towel in the bathroom, we missed it. And, my wife would've liked an additional towel to dry her hair after showering.

Secret hideaway near downtown

Great Location for Downtown

We traveled to town to enjoy a show at The Van Buren and catch up with some friends, and it was such a pleasant experience! We found that getting around downtown took 10-15 minutes, making everything feel so accessible. Upon arriving, I took the train from the airport and appreciated the short 15-20-minute walk to the house. The place was wonderfully clean and well cared for—it felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessary dishes and utensils, making meal prep a breeze. I did need to extend my stay unexpectedly, and I truly appreciated the host's kindness in accommodating that despite some technical glitches. Their communication was excellent; they were always there to help with any questions I had. Overall, I had a lovely experience and would stay here again!

A cozy place close with great location

The place has been newly remodeled with a great shower and tub. Nice applicants and TV. Nice neighbor who gave us oranges and grapefruits. Owner was warm and friendly. I believe we were one of the first to stay here. They could use more kitchen supplies like tupperware or salad bowl. But overall we loved it.
