1 BR In Walking Distance To Downtown And The Beach
Within walking distance to downtown and a popular Lake Coeur d'Alene beach, walk the longest boardwalk in the world, hike Tubbs Hill, and enjoy nice restaurants and shopping downtown. You'll have nearly endless opportunities during your visit. One bedroom with queen size bed, 1 bathroom, galley kitchen, and dining area. Tree-lined streets and on-street parking. Just 4 blocks to downtown and 5 blocks to the public beach so leave your car parked!
Very cute very cozy on a neighborhood street within blocks of downtown area, walk to coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques and the waterfront!
Very enjoyable- we would stay there again!
This was a two day stop in CDA of our 8 day trip through Montana and Idaho. We enjoyed our stay in your fun VRBO. Location to down town was wonderful. We parked once and walked or biked to everything we did. Loved this place and it lived up to the description listed.
Thanks
Great location and a fabulous place in a charming town.
The AC broke down (understandably, it was a freakish heat wave), and everything was fixed immediately to make sure we were comfortable. We will be returning in the future. I highly recommend this place to others looking for a relaxing time in Coeur d'Alene.
Not only was this a great location, but the accommodations were absolutely perfect for us. Very comfortable and I must comment on the bathroom. That shower was wonderful, and so relaxing. We will pick this place should we return to this beautiful city by the lake. I should also make a comment about the shopping on the main street, it was great as were the couple of shops on 4th. We visited a couple of your beautiful parks and were very impressed with their condition.
Extremely clean, well-appointed, great location! We're from Atlanta and were trying to escape the July heat... but when we arrived it was 100 degrees and the next day it was 105 (but then it cooled off). I was concerned about the air conditioning.... It was great... thankfully!!!! We had so much fun exploring the town, hiking, kayaking and had a fun adventure in a 1954 float plane ride around the lake. First Vrbo experience and we will definitely do it again!
Super cute place. The AC went out in this unit and they put two box fans inside. While it helped, it was quite warm. Had to open the bedroom window and the neighbors had a fire one night and someone was smoking a cigar somewhere the next. So needless to say, those scents came through the window(s). I realize itâs not the property owners fault, but it would have been nice to have received a small discount.
street parking only. Can be tricky sometimes.
Nice quiet streetâŠeven being so close to town.
Would recommend.
We spent a lovely two days in this house. It is the perfect location to walk to all of downtown Couer d'Alene. We did not use the car the entire time we were there. It is very clean, comfortable beds, and the kitchen is stocked with all you need to cook a meal at home. Would definitely return!
Had a small vrbo related hiccups, no fault of owner and great communication resolved it. Location is perfect! Couple blocks from downtown dinning etc (quiet), yet a very short walk to dinner, etc. Place is updated, but know it's an older home which ads charm and history for some, yet I imagine will be miffed its not a brand new build. I though it was perfect!
We recently stayed here for our first introduction to Coeur d'Alene and it was perfect. The accommodations were comfortable, well thought out and we were blocks from downtown to walk to shops and food. We would absolutely come back!
There was no communication around check-in (particularly around instructions for access) and I had to reach out via email (night before) and phone (morning of first night) to get the hosts' attention and get instructions for check-in. In the end, someone did call me back within an hour of my phone call and provided the check-in information I needed.
Great location in short walking distance to CDA downtown district. Place is clean and with good ammenities.
Our rental was on the main floor of a large house that has been converted to multiple smaller apartments. The unit was very clean and an excellent location close to restaurants and walkable to the CDA hotel and the beach.. Neighborhood is quiet and we barely ever heard the neighbors. Would rent again!
