This brand new, professionally designed luxury 8 bedroom villa will check all the boxes and more! Located just 4 miles from Disney in the popular Storey Lake community, no detail has been overlooked. Peace of Paradise is your ultimate "Resort within a Resort" and you may not ever want to leave! Designed with fun, relaxation and comfort in mind, our villa is the best of the best. From the professionally decorated themed bedrooms and the state of the art theater room, to the fun and interactive karaoke stage and game stations, to the relaxing and beautiful private lanai overlooking a peaceful lake with no other houses blocking your view, Peace of Paradise is truly a unique experience.
We have a fully equipped kitchen including a Margaritaville Margarita Maker which makes great slushies for the kids as well. There is plenty of seating in all gathering areas to accommodate big groups; the outdoor furniture on the lanai can seat up to 23 guests and in the great room/kitchen, we have 10 seats at the dining room table, 5 bar stools, 3 seats at the work station, so everyone can eat in the same space.
We have upgraded the hot water heater so that our guests never get a cold shower which most houses in the area haven't done. All of our mattresses are top of the line with luxury linens to enhance your comfort. There are 10 oversized wall-mounted Samsung Smart TVs for your entertainment pleasure, not to mention the 120 inch screen in our voice operated state of the art movie theater.
As owners, we take pride in what we have created and, although our villa is professionally managed by a good management company, we are passionate about making our guests' experience top notch. We live in the area and are more than happy to help you plan the best vacation ever! Welcome to our little Peace of Paradise; We know that you will not be disappointed.

During the height of the COVID-19 global pandemic we purchased our first villa in Storey Lake, Houz of Bluz, then spent the winter of 2020 / 2021 living in the house and getting it ready for renters. It was important to us to create a well-appointed space in a homey and truly relaxing atmosphere as opposed to just another run-of-the-mill rental property. We went out of our way to provide upgrades to better accommodate our guests. We did this because we understand that the little touches like quality sleep and hot showers can make a huge difference when you're away from your own home.
We hope you love our home as much as we do and that you'll consider coming back again and again. We'll do our best to ensure that the property stays clean, fully functional and in great condition so that every time you visit, you'll have a fantastic, stress-free and totally enjoyable vacation.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Storey Lake is the best short term rental community in all of Orlando! We did our homework. We even owned a other villa in another popular community, but just like they say in real estate...Location, location, location. There are lots of other communities that have just as nice amenities and houses with some great features like villas in Storey Lake. However, none of them can claim like we can that you can be on Disney property in 15 minutes and in any park entrance in less than 25 and that including Universal Studios. Storey Lake is located on the Kissimmee side of the attractions. Most of the other communities are located on the Davenport side. Even though the map shows 10-13 miles to Magic Kingdom, traffic will make a huge difference in your drive time. After owning on that side, we really saw the guest advantage of being on the east side.
Besides the physical location, the resort is located on the outskirts of Shingle Creek conservation area which is actually the beginning of the Florida Everglades. In back of the villa is a lake surrounded by the beautiful cypress trees which creates a serene and relaxing atmosphere to enjoy after a long day at the park. Thus the name Peace of Paradise 😎🌴
At Storey Lake, we have two amenity centers design4d with family in mind complete with pools, lazy rivers, water slides, putt put course, kayak rentals, kiddie splash pad, ice cream shop, bar and restaurant. We even have our own pirate ship. Peace of Paradise also is in the newest part of the community and has a 24-7 manned guard gate for your family's complete safety.
As you can see, There are many reason why Storey Lake is the #1 rental community in the Orlando area. We are proud to be owners in such a great rental community!
