Relax on the comfortable sofa or loveseat, or kick back in the new recliner and watch the 42-inch flat-screen television or listen to music on the CD player or the iPod dock. The kitchen has granite counter tops, coordinating tile back splash, stainless steel appliances, upgraded faucet and everything you need to create a gourmet meal or quick snack. A convenient wet bar is adjacent to the kitchen complete with recessed lighting, glass-front cabinets, granite and a tile back splash. The dining table seats four and is in the perfect location for meals with a view. There is additional seating at the bar with four stools, or enjoy the table and chairs on the balcony for dining al fresco. After a fun day, you can retreat to the master bedroom and enjoy the 42-inch flat screen television from the comfort of the king-size bed or step out on the private north-facing balcony for a different perspective. The private master bathroom has a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed and a queen-size bed. A flat-screen television can be viewed from both. The guest bathroom is bright and cheerful and has a tub/shower combination. The highlight of your stay will be time spent on the balcony. There are two counter-height chairs made from recycled materials that give you an unobstructed view of the pool, beach, Gulf of Mexico and Perdido Pass. Have coffee on the balcony in the mornings and watch the fishing boats going out to try their luck or watch for dolphins playing just off-shore. This is the place will you want to come back to time after time.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
