DÉTAILS:
Une vue imprenable et un hébergement haut de gamme vous attendent au Regency Isle # 909. Ce condo de deux chambres est assis sur le sable d'Orange Beach et offre un espace pouvant accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. Chacune des deux chambres de ce condo est grande et confortablement meublée et dispose d'une salle de bains privative. Vous constaterez que la cuisine a été mise à jour avec des plans de travail en granit et est fournie avec les ustensiles de cuisine et la vaisselle dont vous avez besoin pour préparer vos plats préférés pendant vos vacances. Vous profiterez également d'un bar avec une machine à glaçons autoportante, parfait pour un cocktail en soirée sur le balcon.

Would definitely stay here again!

My husband, our two friends, and I really enjoyed our stay! Great location, awesome master suite, huge balcony, two king size beds, and easy beach access are some of our favorite things about this condo. We all were sad to leave and would definitely stay here again!

Good stay.

This was our first time staying at this location. It was nice. Could use some repairs on things. Mattress wasn’t very comfortable it had a split down one side which made it hard for my husband to sleep. We didn’t have hot water one night. But over all it was good.

Great condo

This condo was exactly as pictured. Very clean. The balcony is large and has plenty of seating. Beautiful ocean view. Nice sized pool. Hot tub was being worked on, but we wouldn’t have used it anyway. Nice BBQ grill area. We didn’t use it, but several other people were. Each condo has a reserved parking spot, which was nice. Plenty of elevators. Walkway to the beach looked new.

Very nice

Everything was wonderful. One bathroom never got hot water in the other bathroom had a nonworking showerhead. We are low maintenance so we never called to have it looked at.

Great location. Needs some TLC.

Love Regency Isles. This unit was a little worn. Since my husband needed to work while we were there it was really a problem that there was no internet. If we had known they were doing a conversion of the property and there would be no internet we would not have chosen this unit. Fortunately the Regency Isles management office was nice enough to let him work there.

Too much noise and construction.

Everything was very nice except for construction noise. The worst was the next door condos that was drilling, sawing and grinding on the outside everyday. It was very distracting. I reported it and tried to send a video with the noise we were listening to everyday on the beach!

Pretty view - not cleaned upon arrival

We arrived at 430pm to unmade beds, dirty towels and uncleaned condo and started our trip with much disappointment. So we didn’t get in our room until 7pm. The tile floors were sticky the entire stay. Then housekeeping was knocking on the door at 830am the day we had to checkout by 9am. I chalk this up to covid craziness. Management was very helpful and offered a solution however I feel checkout should be later than 9am because we could’ve enjoyed a little longer. The bright side-The view is beautiful and condo very nice.

We love Regency Isle and make it a point to return year after year. Low occupancy, very little wait times for elevators, the kids love the pools and the beach is fabulous!The unit was just as advertised and very clean. The balcony is to die for and we had most meals outside.The beds are comfortable, but my husband's side of the bed was quite creaky, he's tall, but not overweight. That was odd, we still slept well! We booked this in case my mom joined us as it had an extra bed in the second bedroom, but I'm glad she didn't because that trundle bed is almost unusable. You would have to rearrange furniture and when pulled out, there would be no walking room around it.We had two small issues that were addressed the next day. The microwave didn't work and we were given a loaner to use. There was no wifi signal and we couldn't even find a box. They had us use the unit's wifi next door and that was fine. I think the bedroom TVs need to use wifi to connect to the main tv dish box because they just had basic cable. Not a big deal unless you are a kid who thinks it's not a vacation unless you get to watch cartoons in your bed because you don't get that at home!The kitchen is very basic and we had to get a little creative to cook our meals, but we prefer that to eating out. There could certainly be more thought put into comforts. They provide a dish sponge, but no dish soap, limited dishes, and one dish towel. Overall, we had a few minor issues, but still had a great stay!

This property was not worth the price.

The location was great but the property was not worth the premium price we paid. The couch in the living room was worn and sunken in. The bathroom floor in the master bedroom along the baseboards hadn't been dusted in a long time. The shower door did not close properly. The remote controls to the television sets were either missing batteries or rear plate. The front door was dirty and needed a paint job. The bed was uncomfortable. We expected based on the website buildup about the cleanling efforts to combat the Coronavirus it would actually be clean. .

Dark and dreary

The place was clean, with comfortable beds, soft sheets and fluffy towels. But the decor was dark and dreary. Recommend hiring a decorator to update furniture and art work.

Orange Beach Alabama was nice and the water and beaches were beautiful

Renting to property via online was fine. We thought rental included beach chairs but it did not. Drive from Illinois and arrived at 2:30 but check in was at 4pm. Room was ready but they posted me as an early check (1pm) not sure why unless they are going to charge me for the $60 early check in fee. That would be disappointing since we could of hung out on the beach until 4pm.

October Trip

Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Nice deck furniture. Dishwasher would not lock so we were unable to wash dishes in it. Also, the door to the shower did not close properly. Both of these were reported to Southern.
