The bathroom has a tub/shower combo with glass doors and a single vanity. The bathroom is easily accessible from the Master and from the Great Room. You'll love our fluffy white towels, too. The perfect place to wash away your cares. A hair dryer is furnished for your convenience.

Sunbird is a gated community with three pools, sunning decks, tennis court, shuffleboard, on-site fitness center and charcoal barbecue grills for poolside cook-outs. Restaurants and attractions are located nearby. Parking is limited to one space per condo. All vehicles must display a valid parking pass which is included with your rental. Parking rules are strictly enforced by the Condo Association. Vehicles without parking passes are subject to towing without notice. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside condo. We provide an initial supply of toilet paper & paper towels in your rental.
