Nous avons trois Condos au Celadon Beach Resort! Notre 2Úme propriété est au 14Úme étage. Nous avons également un condo au 17Úme étage.

Celadon 2306 - (Le condo que vous voyez ici.) Il s'agit d'un appartement-terrasse de 1 chambre au 23Úme étage. Ce condo a un lit king avec 2 bains. Il y a aussi des lits superposés dans le couloir et un canapé-lit queen-size et un canapé dans le salon.

Celadon 1401 - (propriété 1246721 de VRBO) Est un 3 chambres à coucher au 14Úme étage. Il y a 3 lits king et un canapé-lit queen. Céladon

Celadon 1709 - (VRBO property 1629952) Est un 3 chambres au 17Úme étage. Il y a 3 lits king et un canapé-lit queen.

Bienvenue dans notre penthouse face Ă  la mer! Venez vous amuser lors de votre prochaine escapade Ă  la plage! Nous offrons un service de plage saisonnier gratuit. Le service de plage comprend 2 chaises longues sur la plage avec parasol!

WIFI gratuit est Ă©galement fourni!

Ce condo a été meublé avec goût et décoré dans des tons cÎtiers de bleus, verts et gris pastels. Il y a une sensation de détente dÚs que vous entrez dans ce condo d'une chambre, deux salles de bain. Il y a des couchettes dans le hall.

Ce condo pourra accueillir confortablement six personnes lorsque le canapé-lit queen est utilisé. Le salon dispose d'un grand téléviseur 46 pouces à écran plat pour regarder tout en se pelotonnant sur le canapé aprÚs une magnifique journée à la plage!

La cuisine comprend un bar, une table, tous les gros appareils ménagers, une cafetiÚre, un mixeur et tous les ustensiles de cuisine dont vous aurez besoin. Ne vous inquiétez pas pour le suremballage. Pour votre commodité, nous avons ajouté une laveuse et une sécheuse de taille normale.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size luxueux, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'une spacieuse salle de bain principale.

Admirez une vue d'un million de dollars depuis votre balcon privé. Il y a des eaux turquoises le jour et des étoiles scintillantes la nuit.

Le Celadon Beach Resort est situĂ© Ă  seulement 3 km Ă  l'ouest de Pier Park. Il y a deux piscines, deux bains Ă  remous, un court de tennis et un centre de remise en forme. Nous avons Ă©galement un centre de confĂ©rence / rĂ©ception pouvant ĂȘtre louĂ© auprĂšs du Celadon Beach Resort.

Beautiful view and great location on the beach

Overall our stay went very well. Being a penthouse condo the view was incredible. The location on the beach was wonderful and not overcroweded for the time of year we were visiting. Upon going into the condo, it was clear that housekeping did not come inbetween our stay and the family before us. I contacted the owner of the unit and receiced a call back immediately. It did take a few hours for the cleaners to come and change over the unit, during which we ended up leaving to get dinner. I could see this being problematic with any families with children or people who arrive later in the evening and wanting to sleep right away. The condo was clean and ready upon our return. It was very hard to sleep/rest with this unit though as it is right next to the elevators and would make a very loud banging each time the elevator moved. 1/3 elevators were out of service, which i had read in prior reviews across a few years. I find that to be offputing about the building itself that they still cant manage to keep up with that problem. We had to wait up to 40 minutes during dinner or breakfast hours just to get on an elevator. We did not have any concerns with the kitchenware or bathroom supplies as others had noted in reviews, as it was just my husband and I staying for the week. Overall id rate the stay 8/10 as the location was a quieter part of PCB but still easily able to get to restaurants and things to do and the condo was set up well and taken care of for its age.

The high top table chairs need to go away having a 6 year old with us. Having a 6 year old with the tall chairs on the balcony is very dangerous. Almost level with the balcony railing. I was please with the condo it was as the pictures shown on VRBO. HAPPY!

Our stay was wonderful! The weather was perfect! Only rained twice, of the evenings on our last two nights, after we were already in for the night and it’s even beautiful there during rain and thunderstorms! The sunset after the rain was gorgeous! Our only complaints was the elevator issues. One was down when we got there and it stayed down the whole time. Another one went down on the 3rd day, but wasn’t down very long. Also, the front pool being closed 2 different days was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise it was perfect!

The inside of condo is nice however, kept hearing a some kind of bumping sound, think it was coming from roof top, maybe machinery? Overall good stay.

It was amazing. Even though there was a few things not the owners fault ( fire extinguisher check -sprinkler check /fire drill( with senior citizens in wheel chairs -that was scary for them )new cables and new internet -water was shut off twice )glad things are updated but it was a lot to deal with Condo was perfect and we loved it

2306 Celadon Resort

Overall this condo was very nice, only thing that could have been better was the balcony could have been cleaner and didn't have all the chairs that was in the pictures. But there was only 2 of us so it wasn't really an issue. Might be for a bigger family though. Inside the condo was nicely updated and clean . It's not as crowded on this end of Panama which is what we was going for. And it's nice the beach chairs and umbrella are included.

This condo is one of the best-kept on Panama City Beach. It’s modern, clean and right on the end of the beach, making it a bit more quiet (in a good way).

Great place to stay but HORRIBLE communication!!

The condo itself was fantastic, clean, and beautiful, BUT the communication with the owner/property manager (Alesia) was horrible! After booking the condo, we sent Alesia a message asking 2 questions. Her reply was short and she only answered 1 out of the 2 questions. We had to text her again for her to answer our 2nd question. This should have been our 1st clue of things to come. We never received instructions on how to get inside to the condo. Since we received no communication, we thought someone would meet us upon our arrival. Not hearing anything and getting nervous about the arrival, we contacted Alesia the day of check in. We started calling and texting Alesia when we were about 4 hours away, saying that we did not have have instructions on how to access the condo. She never replied. We arrived around 9:45pm. Upon arrival, we realized they didn't have a check in office and everything was closed and locked. We called Alesia and left voicemails. Frustrated with the poor communication from Alesia, and already paying for the stay, we called her repeatedly until she answered. When she finally answered, she rudely stated she sent an email with the instructions, insinuating we made a mistake. She asked us to hold, and it seemed she realized she made a mistake. With no apology, she sent us a text with the door code to enter the condo. My wife text her thank you, again no reply. Throughout our stay, she never checked on us and never offered an apology for the mix up.

Beautiful place to stay

The condo is really nice. Right on the beach and top floor. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Really enjoyed our long weekend with beautiful weather. Beach service was a big plus. Thanks so much.
