Very lovely view from the deck. Very clean. Great air conditioning! We had an amazing time! Host was very friendly and communicative. Nice, short walk to beach. Great location for restaurants.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Charles's place! The room was beautiful, very comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location was excellent, but what truly made our stay special was the breathtaking view of the ocean, which we could enjoy both from the balcony and from the room itself. This was an exceptional feature and a real highlight of our visit!Charles was a fantastic host—extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Everything about our stay was delightful, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We would happily stay here again and wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful place to anyone visiting the area!

It was clean with a nice view. Could use a bit more updating- rusty vent covers, very old kitchen cabinets. Appreciated the newer floors and A/C. Overall it was fine. Everything worked.

Hey thanks for the great review! Im glad you enjoyed the condo. I have done quite a bit of updating the past couple of years with new flooring, lighting, wiring up ceiling fans in the bedrooms, new hvac and updating the bathrooms. This fall i plan on redoing the cabinets and countertops to make it even better. Hope to have you stay there again. Thanks

My family felt right at home in this oceanfront condo. Access to the place and beach were simple. Great communication from the host. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. It's a 4th floor unit (under the building parking being the "1st floor" plus 3 levels above) with no elevator. But the deck has a good ocean view. Easy access to the beach and good location.

Great views and family time

This property is the perfect stay for a family with pets. Our time here was great and close to so much! The view is absolutely stunning and worth every penny! We couldn’t believe how close we were to the beach! Our family will definitely be back! The only thing that would make this property better would be an elevator!

100% as described

The room was very spacious. The kitchen is well stocked and the ocean view is great! There’s a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The owner was very quick in responding to questions. The beach was very relaxing, not crowded at all for last week in May.

Nice Getaway

Great view and location. I booked this for my daughter's 16th birthday because of price, location, view and amenities. But, when we got there we discovered there was no hot tub, as listed in the amenities. We made the best of it though!

I'm glad you had a nice time and enjoyed the great views of the condo!. Sorry again about the mix up over the hot tub. I had no idea that was listed as an amenity it was a total accident. I did offer you the chance to cancel and get your money back so you could find another place with a hottub as soon as I realized the mistake the day you arrived. I'm happy you decided to stay and enjoy the condo instead

Perfect for my family

Pros: Close to the beach with beautiful views. Enjoyed that we could easily walk to the boardwalk. Cons: The carpets need cleaning and the listing says sleeper/futon but it’s a regular sofa. Overall a good experience!

Hey thanks for the review! Glad you enjoyed the condo and the amazing views of the ocean. I bought the condo in the middle of the rental season so I didn't have time to deal with the carpet but in the fall I'm redoing the flooring, painting and some other upgrades so it will be even better for next year.

New it was top floor but 50 steps no bathroom by pool not good choice if breathing issues are a concern and a little pricey for accommodations
